Coming from a former band student, the underestimation of art kids is insane.During Football Season it would be over 100 degrees. We would practice everyday at school in the mornings and again in the afternoons twice a week. We played every football game in the bleachers and during halftime, but we still aren’t as respected as other sports teams.
Also I forgot to add that being in a marching band takes a lot of persistence. You have to learn the different marching techniques, the music, staying in rhythm, and every image and transition shown is like a coordinate grid that takes time to be memorized.

I remember buying Beyonce Heat perfume years ago and I loved it!! In the early 2010s those perfumes sold off the shelf. When I look at Beyonce I think of glamour, sensuality and prestige. She should have went along the lines of a fragrance line and body care line that really pushed growing and sensual skin. Her fragrance or body lotions could smell like Amber, Tonka Bean, Madagascar Vanille, something makes you say “BEYONCÉ” lol Her team needs to know her target audience. I feel like Cecred will fizzle out in like 2 years just like Ivy Park.
She should also focus on creating an actual “Brand” not just a cash grab, which is what most her brands feel like. Who are they for ?

I think that, going forward, proper safety checks need to be in place to protect both men and women when going on streaming platforms.
Everyone's space and boundaries should never be violated. The whole situation was horrific. That environment was unsafe, and from the looks of things, the family clearly had no respect for others, let alone themselves.
I don't think that Michael Rainey Jr needs to be on a streaming platform if the correct measures aren't in place to ensure that the environment is safe and comfortable for the person to be in, and no outlandish behaviour will take place during the streaming. Respect is a must that we should all abide by.

Beyonce on the other hand may have been raised by a hairstylist but from what I've seen her products aren't getting good reviews as much as fenty. And Rihanna is taking her consumers on a journey- hair growth to prove her products work.
