Yeah, What i noticed with king is that alot of lower rank players abuse his grabs, but dont know how to defend grabs themselves. So when I reccommend him for a tekken newbie, its to learn basic tekken fundamentals, while getting rewarding animations when you land grabs!
yeah man you would be surprised. Alot of people are completely new to tekken 8 and have no idea what they are doing. After pretty much giving my lil brother this advice he jumped from yellow to 1st red in ONE session. Some people just need the basics

@@SwannyOnTheSticks not really, i guess 2 things are enough to get to blue ranks 1 know your character, 2 be decent at pattern recognition, and don't skipping strong players, like, the more i lose the more i know

@@robstreeter1634 Tekken king is high-elo tekken. It becomes more so like a game of chess at that point. Patience is key!

@@1000Miner i agree pattern recognition is huge, but when you are hard headed like me, you have to LIVE in the lab to recognize said patterns lol.
