Not all logics or arguments of Shri Prashant ji is always correct. Free iron exist in human body but in traces and we calculate total iron and TIBC as well but it is not enough to interact with earth's magnetic field and cause any impact on us, not even in strongest MRI
And those superstition people's logic and science is in - negative

Paramagnetic compounds don't affect permanently by earth's magnet. Ferromagnetic compounds affect permanently but our body doesn't have any Ferromagnetic compound.
First of all Earth's magnetic field itself is very weak, paramagnetic compounds won't be affected much.

Direction does matter in sleep , one can experience it. Take a test sleep for 7 days with head facing north and observe. Maximum people will share issues. I can share this from observing and experiments with few people as a student of Vastu Science where we are encouraged to observe and record.

So truth, while is untaintedly present in scriptures, cannot be 'bound' to scriptures. A man can be a knower of truth, without having read any official scriptures.
