I can't imagine spending over 400k on a house but I can't plant my own trees where I want on my property.

I’m relocating to the Winter Haven area and NOW I can’t stop thinking about the garage in this house. Do they offer this mode with more square feet of living space? On a bigger lot?

What in the hell is CDD?
CDD fees are a way to offset the cost of community amenities and infrastructure development or improvement required when building new communities. Some builders pay that upfront and some charge to buyers however the base prices are lower in cdd communities for most part hope this helps. Thank you for watching our videos we appreciate it. Personally i agree because i have kids but usually front bedrooms are for the visiting guest .
