The Command and Conquer Remastered collection for PC is on the Steam Summer Sale for like $7 right now if anyone is wanting to give it another go. Included C&C, Red Alert, and I think all the expansions. Plus a bunch of other stuff. Not a bad deal IMO
It's not a bad deal even at full price. This remaster had so much love put into it that it amazes me that it even exists from modern EA. This thing is a gem and a steal.
Spent so many hours, days, weeks and years with C&C/Red Alert games on PC. Without a mouse/keyboard I don't think I could pull it off haha. Small edit here: The multiplayer for these games, now that's where the real fun was.
So glad to see you finally play this. This version was my first exposure to the series, and from there, my love for it just kept growing. I'm absolutely loving this series. Always looking forward to it every week. Keep it up and thanks for the awesome content!
How I missed these. I got used to watching these twice a week and then we had to wait 2 whole weeks. Glad these are back, but I hope Thab is having a good trip.
I’m watching this guy beat every N64 game and I mean all of them. Twist is I don’t which he will play next as it is randomly selected at the end of each episode. This is the journey to watch this guy beat every N64 game.
One of my favorite n64 games ever! I remember loving it on PC and was so glad to see it was on 64. Got it the same day that I first saw a marathon of the first 3 DBZ movies on a 3 day weekend.
C&C64 was actually a pretty darn good console adaptation of the game, all things considered. Playing RTS games on a console with a controller was not (especially back then) something that had been attempted many times. They did end up making C&C work just fine with the N64 controller and the game played well, and on top of all that it was even in 3D which I thought at the time absolutely acted as a compensation for not having FMVs (and, frankly, quite horrible voice over quality due to the insane audio compression as mentioned in your video). All in all, a solid 7 or 8 out of 10 game in my book (as far as console RTSes go).
I am watching you beat every N64 game, and I mean all of them, the twist is the next video is randomly selected, so I have no clue what's coming next this is the journey to watching you beat every N64 game.
I grew up playing this on pc back in the windows 98 days, I loved it. I especially liked the multiplayer maps and Red Alert. The best advice I can give is destroy enemy harvesters for the big battles, also if you capture a refinery with or without a harvester your harvesters now have more locations to go to instead of all the way to the other side of the maps
I have genuinely enjoyed this entire series thus far. Seeing games I have played and not played. This has been such a treat. Thank you so much for doing this and making great content!
