Mom and I met Mark in Hawaii in 1980. He was one of the nicest celebrities to meet. He would come up to us and say Good Morning when we were at the pool first thing in the morning.
I liked "Reasonable Doubts", too...One of the things I was impressed with was Mark's mastery of sign language...You know, come to think of it, Marlee would make a good addition to NCIS...Also, it would give Mark another chance to use his sign language skills, if he hasn't forgotten how to do that...A special guest/recurring role could be written, for Marlee, perhaps, as a special agent or psychologist or forensic scientist or pathologist...Maybe, she could guest as an assistant to Duckie...I'd love to see she and Mark on screen, again.

You Tube has treated me to a deluge of Mark Harman interviews the last two days. The one thing I keep coming away with is the Harmon is generally more intelligent than the interviewers and very able to keep them at bay if the question is in appropriate in Harmon view. I'm not a big fan of NCIS, but I watch it a lot because it is one of my wife's favorites to binge watch. To be truthful, I think I like this guy more than I do his acting. Got to respect a man, especially in Hollywood, that stays married to his wife as long as he has.

In show business, I guess people don't, really, retire...I thought Larry retired, but, I guess not...This is "Larry King Live", just on a different media outlet and in a different format...I like Larry, but, to me, the best interviewer, pound for pound, is Charlie Rose...He's the measure by which other tv interviewers and media personalities should be judged I think...Good interview!

Is it just me or is Mark Harmon the most guarded interviewee out there? It seems like he barely answers any questions and Larry King really skipped over some great subjects (i.e. having Rick Nelson as a brother in law, his TV work other than N.C.I.S. & St Elsewhere). Very disappointing
Mark is a very private person, especially when it comes to personal subjects. Him and his wife have a private marriage and life and they try to make things as normal as they can for their kids. He was raised that way and he carried it over into his life and family. His wife Pam Dawber gave a hilarious interview with Craig Ferguson and talked about how private Mark is if you want to watch it.
