A bunch of people just aimlessly running around with a bunch of microphones and screaming is the best thing I’ve seen today
These people behind the scenes deserve a lot more credit
It is the sound of these animals that make them so REAL! And I'm deeply appreciative to Michael Giacchino for living up to the legacy of John Williams and envisioning a new theme for this amazing new chapter.
is this real
What a joke! Nothing beats John Williams Jurassic Park score. The Jurassic World scores are so much in the background that you don't even notice there is any music in the movies anymore. And that's not the right way to do movie scores, it's the wrong way. When going out of Jurassic Park movie at the theatres, I hummed the melodies. Not so after going out of the three Jurassic World movies.
I just realised that the musicians get early access to see the movie for free and know what's happening
Just about everyone else too. Kinda crazy how the screenwriters know what happens in Jurassic World: Dominion yet none of us know
@@kiwikiwi2483 unfair tbh
@@SuttleFear Lol
@@SuttleFear ahahah, lol, it absolutely isn’t, we don’t work for the realization of the movie, they do, then, why should it be “unfair”?
@@alexgood6409 bro, I was taking the piss. It was funny because he said the screenwriters know what happens in the movie... they're part of the creative team making the movie. I said unfair, as a joke.
Hearing that choir made me cry. I want a full version of them singing the JP theme. So gorgeous.
Arturo García mi juradofifutyuf buenos tu tu jefe.
Arturo García you too? same.
Arturo García Gave me goosebumps 😨😱
I just wish choirs would be used more in movies.😩
me too
Literally watching sound people record sounds is the funniest thing😂
Aubrey Fairchild very funny
Along with the dudes in spandex and half of a rubber raptor head strapped to there face...
Did you know sometimes horses are used to make dinosaur noise
6:30 what a gig. lol
Omg yes
Dude, when the gates to Jurassic World opened and the theme played, I cried... that was amazing.
It would seem that the nostalgia struck you too hard
its ok. me too. and so many other people out there
Everytime I watch Jurassic World I get really nostalgic.
Yep. I also teared up when Rexy was walking at the end of the movie
TheDinosaurianStudios then you must be around 10 years old, Jurassic world was 2015. Unless you mean Jurassic park 1991
My absolute favourite movie score. Amazing.
has.
every time i see the movie im going to think of people stomping around a parking lot and crunching leaves underfoot
6:39 The guy on the left looks terrified. 😂
Gary Rydstrom is my fucking hero. A legend of sound.
he can swear all he wants. dont like it? then dont read youtube comments
5:40 this part is funny 😂
Looks chaotic AF
6:31 I'm cringing so hard right now
I occasionally see UA-camrs saying the dinos may have sounded more like birds, which they paint as an underwhelming thing since everyone wants the roars, but imagine how creepy it would be if the T-Rex stared you down and started chirping. Most people just imagine bird song, but a hawks screech or clicking noises would be so _alien_ coming from dinos
And let's be honest, the intensity level gets multiplied ten fold. And also makes a more interesting dinosaur.
Petition for that to happen
It would've most likely been something akin to vulture screeches and crocodile bellows, as we're not sure non-avian dinosaurs had the same vocal organs as songbirds. Look those two up, they're pretty intimidating! In fact, there's some evidence that T. rex may have been able to produce low-frequency sounds, low enough that to us it would register less as a sound and more as a *feeling*, like a weird sense of dread and possibly a vibration of some sort. You wouldn't even have to see it for it to scare the pants off you!
There were non avian Dino’s tho
Kim joe Un we’re not disputing this
Honestly I loved this movie so much. Couldn't stop smiling in the theater. Can't wait for Fallen Kingdom!
Legendary .... Goosebumps when Giachinno spoke about John williams 😊
I feel like Doctor Wu put his own DNA into the Indominus. ONE key feature that people seem to overlook is the fact that Indo has appose-able thumbs. It can grab things just like a primate.
Connor Vaughn makes sense. It hunts for sport, and only humans hunt for fun. Wu definitely put his DNA into the Indominus stew to make it more intelligent, and a brain behind huge toothed jaws makes a predator even scarier
no it's not true. Ask Colin Trevorrow
That sounds extremely illegal
@@MrSserpent it could be true
Paramita Das well, it's not
2:12 the kid in the blue hat is so cute hugging the dino😂
Strik3 ikr!
It's Bryce Dallas Howard's son :)
I wanna hug it too
I am in awe of the behind-the-scenes talent.
0:43 The babu Para kills me with cuteness every time rip
then there’s guns
2:13 that Apatosaurus though XD
I could just imagine them at the zoo...
Employee:"excuse me sir, what are you doing with that microphone???"
Pete:"I'm working on the Jurassic world movie."
Employee:"oh alright... wait what!?"
Employee 2: “say that again”
Pete: “we’re making a Jurassic World movie”
@@Lomes we have a T. Rex
Audio engineering is one of the most underappreciated aspects of film
3:55 This guy finally discovered what does the fox say!
Trex roaring and everyone singing at the same time it’s beautiful
5:48 10 year old me seeing how fast i could run in my new shoes
R.O Lol
5:52 expectations vs 5:48 reality
When they were recording "Our Rex is Bigger than Yours" literally had goosebumps.
One of the best Jurassic Franchise OST's.
Yep, I love that. Fallen Kingdom's soundtracks are also great!! I remember when I fist watched fallen kingdom. When the End credits started and the JP theme played I told my friend "You know which was the best part of the film? This" And the At Jurassic Worlds End Creditsuite is my ringtone on my phone :) Oh and before quaranteen I woke up with the indoraptor's theme "Thus begins the Indo-Rapture"😃
The theme song of the movie is something else.i can hear it all day!!!!!
I love orchestras for films. 😊💞
Using the old Jurassic Parc Theme song was the best idea ever!!
I got chills all over my body when it came to the backround music
Watching this UA-cam channel's videos really makes me respect the movie more
okay,
Same
the music always makes me cry 😂😭
I recommend using fish sounds in the indominous rex
Took me a second but now I get it, indeed very funny :D
I don't get it
cause fish don't make any sound.
Leslie Soon fish does have a sound
*Bulp bulp bulp bulp*
The Indominous Rex got eaten by the Mosasaur, so it's underwater now. lol
7:51 i like that part
So much work... the choir gave me chills
God I love this movie❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Why do I feel emotional at the song part
Because it is nice music and sometimes it brings back memories from watching the original movies. The songs they made for the Jurassic series is one of the best in my opinion. It’s so beautiful.
Michael Giacchino did an amazing job on the score.
if you hadn't told me, i would have never known that it wasn't modern williams
Wow, this is a really cool and informative video. I'm glad I'm watching thi- (10:48) and now I'm crying
the best thing about Jurassic park and world movies besides the dinosaurs is the theme song
i honestly found even more respect for jurassic park now
really, i watched a lot that had to do with the animatronics and cgi and the sets and such, but not the music and the sound of the animals :)
I just always get ghoosebumps when I hear the theme sound. One of the best movies ever made, hands down! 🦕💗
that choir made me Instant goosebums!! amazing work
All good about this movie 🎥👌🏻
MAYUR S how did you like your average blockbuster action flick ?
@@THELANKANCOMRADE Average blockbuster action flicks are enjoyable.
I love to watch how things just come together like this!
Everything about is Film is nothing short of amazing! thanks to everyone who came together with their expertise and talent to make such a BRILLIANT MASTERPIECE.
Rena_The_Barber except the story. The story is unoriginal and kind of sucky.
The visuals are great, the sound, but the story, characters, overall plot is one of the worst I've seen - EVER.
I thought it was a horrible movie, but then again I'm not impressed easily - I need a movie to actually be of some kind of substance to enjoy. The protagonist was a shitty stereotype, vapid and pointless, the female lead was yet another stereotype of the uptight woman who lets loose when she likes a guy, another vapid useless character.
It was HORRIBLE, and I have no idea why this did so well, very far from a masterpiece.
Archetype00 You see Fallen Kingdom? It was about 10 times worse. That and people clearly can't see what makes a film bad and don't want to think about a film being bad so that it doesn't feel like they wasted their money.
Let's go for new sounds in Jurassic world 2: Fallen kingdom
Prepare to fast forward!!! Fast forward.... How soon. uhhh spaceballs
Just now saw it. Such a good movie and I’ll tell you that the sound was great
Meta
I saw it in imax, and I flinched a lot because the sounds made it so much more intense 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I was quite dissappointed. But, the sounds were great. Thought the Indoraptor was cool but wasted in a very unfitting location and was killed too easily and didn't get the spotlight or screen time it deserved.
H3LLC4T 683
I agree on the indo-raptor not having spotlight, I think they should have highlighted on its intelligence more and shown more of its features besides here’s a Dino, it escapes, kill it humorously. And I don’t know what significance mazie had with the movie besides she was a created copy of her mother by her weird family.
I miss those days when jurassic park was just realised
Seriously superb.... bestest....fan of Jurassic park from childhood 👏👏👏👏
The raptors in Jurassic Park are a lot scarier
You ever heard what it may have ACTUALLY sounded like? WAY scarier. Especially imagining a JP raptor making that noise from a distance or in a room trying to find you.
H3LLC4T 683 Nobody nows yet how dinosaurs really sounded like. But I‘m guessing they sound somewhat like birds.
I mean a tyrannosaur becomes a lot less scary when you realize it may have sounded like a goose instead of that famous roar but a raptor making bird sounds is suitablely creepy
@@marsmanstudios3076 True, but you also can't judge how a lion sounds based on the vocalizations of a house cat. When a cat roars it sounds like a baby crying, but lion being way bigger, sounds a lot different when it makes the same sound. Also birds have huge variety of sounds they make so most likely dinosaurs had that too. Large birds also typically sound different than smaller ones. Like a vulture screech sounds kinda like a t-rex roar if you'd make it lower and louder. Emus also growl in a way that is not much different than the low growling the t-rex does in the film and male ostriches actually make this low roaring sound that sounds kinda like a muffled version of someone starting a chainsaw or a motorcycle.
iirosaen Very true. A tyrannosaur probably wouldn’t have roared anyways due to its ability for closed mouth vocalisation. It would have made low pitch sounds rather than screaming at its prey alerting them to its presence.
The Jurassic Park Franchise has always been a win in my book. It's been my favorite the second I saw the first movie, then you guys really made a come back sense the Third movie, you guys did amazing with the CGI, the sound design, the acting, and of course, the new comers to the film such as the Indominus Rex.
these guys are genius...

Raptors running through a jungle? Hey Jim! can you just run around over there!
"You don't want to get messy. You don't want it to sound like 10 things all layered on top of each other."
*Proceeds with a roar that sounds like 10 things all layered on top of each other*
Jurassic series background theme music is really awesome 👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍👍👍
everytime i hear that piano my eyes fill with tears
No matter what anyone says, everyone has to admit every entry in this franchise (excluding Jp3) has tried their best to deliver on a great movie, and they mostly have delivered. I commend the series and this makes Jurassic Park/World such a long standing and successful blockbuster franchise. 🦖
JOHN WILLIAMS (JP) Music is UNIQUE .
That kid at 2:11 hugging a dinosaur is so cute
I can't wait for Fallen Kingdom! #HYPE
I'm right here with you, but especially Jurassic World Evolution! #HYPE
Im going to see tomorrow :D i cant wait
I saw it! It was so good and very intense to me
The movie felt rushed, but The dinosaurs looked really cool tho.
Meta man you must be the bottom of the bucket
This is why I love movies like this.
It’s absolutely amazing to se the making of the Jurassic Park movies, it’s crazy how much effort it takes to make a film this good.🤗
I LOVED this! There is so much work into a movie. Btw I loved the expressions of the people listening to the screaming ones 😂
Nothing beats the original classic .great movie
The sounds are so satisfying to listen to though
Absolutely beautiful work
You're all legends, best sound effects ever
12:28 blew me away
This changed my whole perspective of watching movies. Respect to their work. Wow
Even if you didn’t like the movie, you absolutely *cannot* say that it was for lack of trying on their part, and I will always applaud that.
I love the panic scenes!
The music always takes me back to the first Jurassic Park. Full of nostalgic.
Mindblowing!
Just AMAZING...
6:31
This was awesome! The sounds in the whole Jurassic franchise are awesome. It’s interesting that sound was added to things like the kids running. And of course the music is beautiful. And what is it about people screaming that is so funny?!
This made me so happy lol
What an amazing job this would be~
So that's what the fox says.... that's actually kinda badass sounding
10:49
9:14 they had too many trees
Those phones better be waterproof :P
Choir and epic theme for a flyover of buildings. Nice.
this is ace!!! unbelievably ace
My old high school professor got to be a background vocalist on this. He literally was paid to scream bloody murder and walk around a parking lot for a couple days before he had to go back to work XD
I'm gonna be moving out in a few years. The Jurassic Park Collection will absolutely be the very first thing I buy for my new place.
3:36 that lion noise literally is one of indominus Rex noises I kid you not!
beautiful !!!
Raptors running in the jungle=Guy walking on plants
