An excellent video, and thanks to those who shot it. For those who claim that the bikes are "over-restored", all I can add is that any vintage bike that's actually raced can never be called over-restored. During the time these bikes were first raced, the majority were always kept in great, clean shape. Anyone who raced a ratty bike back then made the rest of us very nervous, since those who didn't care for their bikes probably didn't care how they rode.
And for those seeing and hearing these bikes for the first time, keep in mind that almost all of them are being "babied" a bit, and kept way below peak power. Back in the day, they were a lot louder and on, and beyond the red line constantly. So, add about 20% more RPM in your mind when listening to them. ;)
And finally, despite the cost of having our hearing impaired from racing without mufflers, I truly believe that silencing those wonderful sounds has hurt the popularity and excitement of racing. Racing engines are SUPPOSED to scream. Just cover your ears.
Love all the sounds. Old 2 strokes awsome. Singles with their rumble. Classic 4 strokes... Thanks very much for this one !!
that was amazing..I could almost smell the castrol R.and.the sound of those Vintage engines make ..what a great vid
Hear the popping? Notice the complete lack of torque? Can't believe how many of these old bikes run lean. Great video!
Was great seeing and hearing the old Ducati singles, I had a 250 once, loved that bike.
6:10 sound is impressive
So much motorbike history, loved every minute of it :)
what a beautiful video!!!!, never expected to find so many classic bikes in just one video. Thanks.
Beautiful!!! Thank you for posting!
Awesome ! thanks for sharing these !
OK, ALL was wonderful, but those side car "passengers" were utterly wonderful. I can't express my feelings related to their confidence in their pilots.
very cool, well edited, thanks for posting!

Loved every minute!
Parabéns , excelente postagem !
This is wonderful! :D Cannot stop watching this! Would love to be part of it! xD I do realize the bikes are made for racing, as there are no lights or plates... but oh so fun it seems!
Terrific "down 'n' dirty" feel to this one! You can smell the 'Castrol R' from a mile off!
really enjoyed your video, thank you.....a Panther & a Nimbus being given a handful ...great
icemon Loved the Honda R166. That's a beast of an engine right there. Would have loved to see a Sanglas though :)
9:54 --> great rider, good confidence, good pace!
Pure MUSIC to my ears!GOD BLESS YOU!
So many Cool bikes? Great Video!!
I lol'd at the marshal kicking the piece away and then picking it back up and walking back in the other direction.
If he bended over and picked it up where it was laying he would have taken the risk of being run over by the next bike.Better kick it to an out of the way towards a safe place place before retrieving it. Smart road marshal.
Mathieu Smeets As a marshal I always kick em, been burnt one time too many! some of those pieces are hot as the sun !
bit was probably $1000 plus lol
Went to Brands Hatch in 1970 and watched practice. Everything from an F-3 March to motorcycles. But the most fun was watching the sidehacks going through Paddock Hill Bend. Sheer Courage!
Great video thank you.

fantastich mooie races.
Fantastisch!!!
truly superb !!!
Oh dear lord that sound at 6:00-6:13!!!
even through the internet 4cyl hondas on megas have just the right note to make your ears resonate haha.
Gänsehaut! Man spürt jeden Zündschlag.
Argh! I'm loving it and have watched it twice so far. The MV Agusta at 5:50 can't fail to send a thrill right through anyone listening to that 12,000 rpm demon wailing out it's spine chilling song of heavenly evil! :¬D
Love these old bikes :)
Complete Wacky Races...It was my pleasure to watch all these crazy guys ,all drivin like Mad Max...I just love this stuff...
Some nice stuff there. Great to hear the m/c's in full song. No twin Ducati though ? Rob
**_!£@
Beautiful Triumph triple nr 604, lovely sound too!
At 1.59 and 2.11 see the very rare sight of a foot-operated clutch, in use, on No 516, the Indian.
Very good video
brilliant.Taveri replica sounded great!
great bikes! I love em all
It's approx. 3.5 km
I added this video in my music playlist.
Loving the sounds ,just wish I could smell them ! !, they don't make them like that anymore. Great video ! ! thumbs up ! Greetings from Scotland !
Yes I bet those old bikes smelt great :-) Castrol-R anyone?
☺ yes please !
Too right mate, the addictive smell of Castrol - R and methanol , none better!
I miss the 2 stroke sounds , n smells .thers a whif in the air .....:-)
rob the log No better smell could come out of an engine, I agree! My 70' Daytona street bike runs on it & at bike nights with all those HD's, EVERYONE notices my little Triumph w/ TT pipes. Including their girlfriends!
Fantastic bikes.
Stanislav, the moto your were asking is Nimbus 22hp 750 4 cylinder..
Sehr Schön!
Loved the sight and sounds. This is what motorcycles looked and sounded like before they all had plastic bodies and computer controlled mechanicals.
Great video. The passeners on the side cars were brave and/or dumb and had to work very hard. Loved the Duccaties, Nortons and Dunlop. These old bikes seemed to hold their own against some of the more modern bikes. The Kawasaki Triples seemed to be pretty much as hot as the semi modern Crotch Rockets. I think I saw a Triumph. Beautiful engines on Nortons and Triumphs.
Did you notice the straight four 750cc Nimbus?
Thank you
This video makes it quite clear, people used to be a lot smaller.
excellent !
Pure LOVE!
And those sidecars at rain - what a pice of machinery !!
love the 2 strokes
how awesome was that diesel
awesome sidecar action
Great looking bikes. :)
Great video but to be hones i can see these lads holding back a bit and i dont blame them
but if you come over to ireland and see classic racing its on the edge stuff
Please spot the differences. In Ireland are hills but in Schwitzerland mountains.
what's the model od BMW bike in 20:00 ? engine ?
This was fun.
3:10 What a sound
Classics motorcycles!
Motocicletas classicas!
Muito bom....
Interessante.
08:00 the best suzuki love this sound
What is that wonderful space ship at 17:55?
Some very interesting bikes though a few had to spoil it with ringa dings!
LDN Wholesale what's wrong with 2 strokes? RPM baby
BMW is a kickass piece of excellence!!
Holy shit! I've heard of dragging a knee, but those ladies in the sidecars were dragging an ass cheek!
