Or do they graduate to a higher tier afterward? Otherwise, you'd always have clients that are at totally different levels in your group calls, wouldn't you?
Great question. The reason most struggle to keep clients is because they sell a “start and end date”. I bring clients in for an initial 4 months, but it’s clear that getting their dream outcome is not a “4 month fix”. So it’s a mix of how you sell, and how you design/deliver the student experience that impacts retention. Having students at different stages isn’t an issue on calls - although the specific problems/situations might be different, a lot of the times the solutions (and lessons from that) are applicable to everyone at every stage of that journey.
