I’m not sure if Cholesterol is protein but I just use Queen Helene Cholesterol and it made a huge difference! My hair was instantly stronger and a lot less tangles.

The Aphogee 2 Minute Reconstructor is an absolutely AMAZING product. The only time I stopped using it for quite an extended period of time is when I thought that going the Curly Girl Method route was best for my hair. I had to learn the hard way that, it actually wasn’t. Oh, and I absolutely love Olaplex No.3. I am a super huge fan of it. It has made a huge difference in my natural hair journey and it is one that I swear anyone that has hair on their head, should most definitely seek to include into their hair care regimen for sure. When used correctly, it makes a powerful difference in the overall look, feel, and overall health and vitality of one’s hair not just for the short term, but most importantly for the long- term too. When I hear people say that their hair is protein sensitive, that is something that was made up and others just started to run with it, because there are tons of different hair care products out there with protein in them, as it just takes having patience and finding out which products with protein in them work best for your hair and sticking with such.
Sweetie, I really appreciate all of the wonderful advice that you shared in this video. Your hair looks truly beyond gorgeous! And, I really adore the way that you do your makeup too!

Gorgeous hair I’ve been following some of your tips and my hair looks fuller and healthier I got a professional trim 2 months ago. I’m currently bra strap length and going for waist length I use the Aphogee 2 step for now followed by a deep conditioner and I only wash and apply heat once a month 😊

How often do you detangle your hair? Do you use a comb or brush daily?

I usually detangle with a wide tooth comb every day.
