If you work in the same field in Kenya for a year, you will receive more CRS points (25 points). I think this is a better plan than just waiting for CRS points to drop which seems unrealizable. In the last draw, the minimum CRS points for CEC was 539.
You may need to try Atlantic Pilot Program if it still alive, where you don't need LMIA. Your story is that I always told others that is the most challenging in regard to the post graduation options. It is never straightforward that most of the UA-camrs try to sell the PGWP option. All the best of luck...
Thank you Jackie. This video was very informative and helped me with my visitor record process as my work permit is expiring in 2 days. Do you have any update about getting a work permit once you get your ITA and are done with the completeness check. Can we get the work permit restored? (The 90 days restoration period) Hope you get your ITA soon🤞🏻
@@YashMakwana-sp9ut you are welcome . I am still waiting for the ITA once I get it I will update you guys if I can restore a work permit or not. Good luck to you friend.
Subject: Query Regarding Visa Application Category for Spouse and Child Helloo Dear, I am writing to seek clarification on the appropriate visa application category for my spouse and child. I have recently been enrolled in a Master’s program at Crandall University in New Brunswick, Canada, for the January 2025 intake, and I have already been granted the necessary study permit and visa. As per my understanding, the spouse of an international graduate student typically qualifies for an open work permit, allowing them to work full-time, and children under the age of 18 are eligible for free education in Canada. Could you please confirm which visa category I should select when applying for my spouse and child through the IRCC online portal? I would appreciate guidance on the following: 1. The appropriate category for my spouse to apply for an open work permit. 2. The appropriate category for my child to accompany me and attend school in Canada. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and support. Sincerely, Md. Khorshed Anwar
@@joyJoy-sl9iz I would advise that you get advice from an immigration consultant. I just share my experiences in this platform and I do not want to mislead you in any way.
