For double Strength available dose is 8mg not 4mg so rate will be 3.75 ml/ hr
I did it with the single strength i.e 4mg not with double strength.

According to the formula if we solve the equation by putting all the values at their place. It comes 18.75 but you had shown 1.9 can you please explain it.
Answer will be around 1.87 not 18.75
