SOLO BUSHCRAFT DAY TRIP - Outdoor Survival Shelter Building, Shelter Fire Pit, Winter Shelter, etc.

On this Bushcraft Day Trip I continue my outdoor survival shelter building.
I start with a shelter wall building on the south side to block the wind.
I work on a shelter fire pit adding a small area for a flat rock for cooking, then continue building on the east side.

A "survival shelter" is what you build to survive a night or two, while waiting to be rescued or to self-rescue (after getting lost or injured in the wild). Because of minimal tools and supplies, a minimal shelter gets built, as shown by Bear Grills or the Dual Survival episodes.
What you're building is called a Camp. Which is fine and well and am a fan of, but let's call it a Camp, ok?
