Notable features of the 2023 event included the return of Overnight continuous (24 hour) running - with trains running from Friday Morning continuously until Sunday evening.
The event also saw passenger trains stop at Eardington station for the first time since 1982 (41 years ago). (Only short/local trains can stop due to the location of the station and gradient)
Thank you to all the staff, event organisers and volunteers at the Severn Valley Railway for another excellent event. And to all the loco owners who allowed the engines to be operated during the event.
