I miss the days when I queued for meals in food stalls after work in Chongqing. Xiaohao happened to be home this weekend. I made a pot of Overlord Rabbit with the just-ripen green and red chilies out in the field. It filled the air with a drooling spiciness!

This video absolutely reinforced what I believe about Chongqing's LOVE of spicey food, my GOD that's a lot of chillies!!!!
😂😅😇Yes, chongqing food is very spicy even for me: grown up with chilli, my family was from chongqing and I was born and grown up in chengdu. It is different spicy between chongqing(dry hot and harsh, hurts) and Chengdu(spicy with lots oily, herbs and more soft)
