- Gosh, I just love it when companies remake all their stuff because they can't think of anything new, don't you?!
So when Lego started Ninjago Legacy dedicated to remaking old sets and even giving us stuff we never got, I couldn't wait to see classic sets remade with better builds and get sets based off stuff we never got!
Oh how I was a fool.
Join me as I talk about the wasted potential of Ninjago Legacy and pitch my own set ideas for seasons that never got the Legacy treatment

They won't be doong that. They will wait a few years and then make remales of season 6-14 sets.

The fact that we didn't get Samukai in DotD or Legacy is absolutely absurd, I really wish we could get a new one

@@upbestsalt1551 Morro couldve been easy to bring back, Unlike the other Ninjago main antagonist, He didnt have any exclusive molds
I held off on getting a Samukai minifigure until this summer. Back in 2016 I held out hope we’d get one in a DotD set. Nope. Then when Legacy started I hoped we’d get him then. Still nope lol. Like Nico said the discontinued head/torso mold likely played a part.

It's a true shame Legacy Chen, Morro, Samukai, and most importantly Nadakhan do not exist.

I think we need a legacy Great Devourer since he was kinda the main antagonist for season 1 so the Devourer would be more big than the og one have a lot of articulating points so it can have all poses in the show it will also include the weak spot , there's a small side built with the remake of the hypnobraï fangblade , the figures will be legacy Lord Garmadon, legacy Wu , Legacy Jay ,legacy Lloyd, legacy skales , legacy Acidicus, legacy slithraa and legacy lizaru to complete the legacy venomari and the hypnobraï tribes so what do you think

It’s absolutely criminal how poorly Legacy handled Seasons 4 and 5 considering they are widely thought to be some of the best seasons! I completely missed out on the Possession sets back when they came out so I was hyped when LEGO put Ronin and Misako in the immaculate Ninjago City Gardens set only to be crushed when I realized that those figures and Zane’s Titan Mech (which I never bought considering it’s way too big and only has two actual figures) were the extent of the Legacy coverage for Possession!
Also, it’s great to see that someone else agrees with me that Skybound is the best Ninjago season!
The ninja charger was pretty much already perfect if you ask me I didn’t think it needed a legacy set
I agree with all of these except Misfortunes Keep. I think it should be a huge $600 set like the UCS Razorcrest, big enough to have all the main rooms throughout the season, Nadakhans quarters, the cell they had Jay in, all the various rooms, the bridge, and the most important feature, the hangar with room for at least 3 small airships. Everything else should be the same
I’d say the samurai x cave, the iron doom, the other elemental dragons, great devourer, and preeminent would all have been great sets for legacy as well

I’d put Anacondrai Zugu as The Anacondrai Warrior your Titanium Dragon Set because we got Chope, Kapau, and Eyezor’s Anacondrai forms in the original Tournament and Day Of the Departed Sets
Wonderful video! I agree Legacy kinda dropped the ball in terms of representing all the original seasons. I’d recommend looking at BrickLegends UA-cam channel cause he actually made a lot of these sets you talked about!

The Hands of Time legacy random civilian in the set could be Lou or Karlof.
I would have the Ninja Replacements team (legacy Skybound Jay, legacy Skybound Dareth, legacy Skybound Skylor, legacy Skybound Echo Zane, legacy Skybound Police Commissioner, legacy Skybound Captain Soto, and legacy Skybound Ronin) in the Skybound final battle legacy set.
For one of the Tournament of Elements set I would include The Mechanic since he used to work for Chen even though we didn't see him in this season.

Season 5 was my personal favorite theme. I wish we got more sets from it.

I wish they could make more ghost cole figures, if im right there is only 1 ghost cole (season 6) and not even a season 5 ghost cole. They litterly had the chance to but just didnt for some reason

Ok I get piece budgets and old ones being retired but they could of taken the molds out of storage it would cost a little maybe but not much

I think they want to space out Legacy and they have put it on hold for now. At the rate legacy was going we were already beginning to get season 5 sets in just 2 years, if they kept on going every year, they would probably already reach sons of garmadon very quickly which is such a weird spot for them since sons of garmadon already uses the redesign faces, would they redesign the suits again? I'm pretty sure they will bring it back in a few years as those sets sold so well, they would be dumb not to.

I’m pretty annoyed we got no 6 or 7 sets for legacy maybe if legacy lasted longer we could’ve gotten s6 and s7 sets

Honestly, the only legacy set I need is a Samurai X mech. NO! Not the 15€ one! A proper, show accurate mech with a Samurai X minifigure remake and that's it. Okay well maybe a set of train tracks and woman Jay as sidebuild

The core titan mech looks more like a megazord with it having a red mech as a base and the other smaller mechs being armorments and legs and the flying vehicle becoming a head/helmet just like the ninja storm red rangers zord so its more like a megazord voltron gets legs and arms while megazords get armorments and that's the difference between

As much as I don't like the legacy sets I think it's better then core sets they could've had a legacy morro, samukau and chen and nadakhan. Finally they should have diffrent suits for each seasons like how the season 1 sets will have the original legacy suits season 2 will have the zx kinda or kimino suits and the on

If you actually want this to happen you need to have good sets and some terrible sets worse than the original and many remake of sets that didn’t need it
