      I prefer the food of many Chefs ago….Too bad the food had only one texture until the meat coarse.
      Personally, most of the food textures, reminded me of pablum.

    L'Epoisses n'est pas assez fait il est meilleur quand il est coulant. Le camembert est trop jeune lui aussi 🥺 il aurait du en donné un mieux affiné

    Using a fish knife for the risotto, come on, dude. Seriously?

      I haven’t use fish knife. That is French sauce spoon for risotto. Maybe the spoon look flat seems a knife, actually is sauce spoon.

      Dommage l'Epoisses est un peu trop jeune, il est bien meilleur lorsqu'il est coulant 😋
