Very wonderful lunch experience! Firstly the room, the staff in period clothing & of course the food & wine! Now, at €280 that wasn't bad! For me the brill dish was my favorite!

You're filming is beautiful, I only wish you would discuss the meal (not review necessarily, but at least give the viewer some insights or descriptions of the food. You might as well be eating play doh if the audience can't can get a sense of taste or aroma via your experience. I suppose you might be trying to appeal to a global audience, but we all have closed caption translators, and I think the channel would grow exponentially. I subbed, but I rarely watch because of this.

The videos are good but why don't you give your opinion of the courses? I've watched a few other YT channels reviewing Michelin star restaurants and I find it more entertaining if I get their honest opinion on what they are served.
