I absolutely love the Geek’s character, I really wish this show had another season or something like that just to get more of the relationship between her and the freelance police.
@@critch7514 when steve purcell wanted to do this show, they required him to have a female sidekick character, but he really didn’t want to, so he involved her as little as possible :(
The Geek DOES seem a random addition....but I kind of like her. She looks like a Tiny Toons character, but has an attitude and humor that's just as nonchalant as Sam's, and she's a good foil for the two, while providing them with tons of guns and sci-fi items that keep them coming back! :) THAT'S why they praise her so much: SHE GIVES THEM GUNS AND CARS. :-D Otherwise I agree with you. It's better they stay alone than with a "friend for life" *shudders*. Sybil's a better "Geek". :)
Probably missed by alot of people... 2:26 when max's commenting on the decor being 'remarkably authentic', he's referring to an older cartoon before the main season ran, where they were dissecting an alien, and cut its' head open just like that with a hacksaw and then played with its' brain for awhile. The alien looked pretty much exactly the same as the one laying on the table. =3
tbh they make perfect sense to me while watching sober but i tried explaining the plot of the second episode to a friend and he said it was complete nonsense
Sam: "We don't mind you yolks handling our food..." Max: "But we DO draw the line at you handling our WOMEN!!!" I loved that line...wait, Geek is THIER girl? :S
I think he says ‘womenfolk’ which i would interpret as a way of referring to women you’re close to, like female family members. In this case, geek is like their daughter.
if i had a nickel for every time animation quoted that one "the planet of the apes" scene, i'd have two nickels; which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice, right?
The narrator at the start of the episode reminds me a lot of the narrator who appears at the beginning of each episode from the current TellTale Sam & Max series The Devils Playhouse.
How is this your favourite part it's the sam and Max flelance police HQ that got destroyed by the space invaders and it looks like it come from a nightmare with in a nightmare
@@davionblackburn9318 ok like I know it's just a joke but imagine if it actually happened for real everyone's favourite dog and rabbity thing will be gone for real they will cry and even probably have nightmares about it witch I would be one of them
Quite the alien designs- and they're running a restaurant. XD Darla investigating, then in on the action was interesting. Wow, intense stuff for her w/the world like that. Nice twist w/Sam & Max okay, and the time travel. Ha, the acne on their horrible faces was too much. And a mention of God. :) Wild ep. Thanks!
The thing with the Max statue is referencing Plane of the Apes, not Madascgar. Also,Max's speech at the end is from War of the Worlds, where the aliens are killed by germs.
@ZikkaChan If you put it that way, but who else is going to make all of Sam and Max's awesome gadgetry and send them on crazy missions whenever the Commissioner can't call them?
1:25 Instead of falling for the trope of turning around mid-sentence and screaming, the narrator DOUBLES DOWN and starts calling them babies even while being potentially vaporized. Why hasn't this show been brought back?
Max: We're leaving now. AND YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT THE TIP!
LMFAO
I love how this episode geek finally get characters development lol
geek supremacy
Yah developing an anxiety disorder, this poor kid is just trying not to get her dads killed the whole episode, lmao
Geek is truly an underrated character, why aren't they in any of the games?
Copyright problems. The Geek was created for the show.

Sybil's a better "Geek". :)
She’s basically there because she is a female
Matthew Lucas actually, the geek was originally supposed to be a boy! she was changed after the network pushed for a more prominent female character.
It’s amazing how Sam and Max saved and protected Darla from the Uglions.
8:08 this show was exactly 5 years ahead of its time before man of steel ending
Kajnake nah dude ur thinking of the original superman movie ending
That reminded me of the time travel boots that Sonic had in AOSTH
I like the blatant potshots that they take at the military.
So, are we just gonna forget the whole time travel thing? Like now there are two sets of Sam, Max and Geek now?
I mean . . . it's happened before in the final season of the games.

Gonna watch it while high now. Gotta see what you talkin bout

Dude I'm high as heck right now and I am loving this kind of nonsensical logic.
yeah
Can we just take a moment to point out that they quoted War of the Worlds. This is beyond a kids show
8:02 I’m screaming they are soooo in love 😂❤️
YEA FR I SAW THAT AND WAS LIKE " damn they´re gay"
Man, I wish cartoons were partly just lovable nonsense
Fox Kids had all of the old shows.
5:07 The way Max said aliens. 😂
they named him colonel corn just for that joke

Too bad she wasn't in the games.
"dArN yOu! DaRn YoU aLl To HeCk!"
Fun Fact: "This Island Earth" is the name of an old alien movie. I learned that from MST3K
1:10-1:37 that narrator was a Bonafide OG
Damn Max quoting War Of The Worlds was awesome for the ending Welles would be proud.
so no matter how you cut it, the Sam and Max universe has experienced a worldwide nuclear holocaust at least once? god I love this show haha
This is my favorite episode, simply because of the line "YOU MANIACS! YOU BLEW IT UP! DARN YOU! DARN YOU ALL TO HECK!"
They were so ugly that everyone died. The end.
