Why did we have that red strap? I can't recall. Was it to prevent "over-steering"? To prevent injury if you flipped or stuck our your arms? I'll have to remember to ask next time
I can't recall the exact time, but you go around the track a bunch of times. After the initial instructions (which were thorough and not rushed) we got plenty of ride time. I can see it being tiring if you ride too long, but it was just the right balance.

Beats me! We've been to Bonaire a bunch but this was the first time we tried this - a lot of fun!
