Well, the lyrics of the chorus is the same but verses are quite different: "Herr wohin" was confession of the faith of many people (Peter the Apostle, Samaritan woman, the blind man from Jerusalem...) and in "Zu wem" Jesus speaks about himself; we confess our faith together with Apostles by the las verse.

This is a kind of evolution of the song Herr wohin (such a pity it was removed from booklets and totally forgotten)
