First off, I have made many mushroom pizzas in my day. I have also made versions of Todd English's versions along with Roberto's mushrooms pizzas and they were all stellar. With that said, this to me is the pinnacle of a mushroom pizza! Thanks for posting this and sorry it took so long to try it.

There are defiantly easier ways to go about it but taking the time with all of the little steps makes a huge difference. Thank you once again for taking the time to let me know!
Love your videos and your backyard set up. Watched a lot of your videos while conducting research on pizza ovens. I finally decided on the Roccbox and your videos were a great help in making that decision. After watching this particular video and seeing the Darebuilt turning peel. I purchased one last week. I could not be any happier with the top notch quality of this turning peel.

@@HarplandProductions thanks! Does Peter have a website? I just got a roccbox and a peel but always curious for other accessories like the scraper you showed in this video. Looking for something to clean the stone with - any recommendations? Thanks!
The rock box itself is pretty self cleaning, you can crank the heat up on high for like an hour and it will pretty much clean anything off the stone, if I do happen to get some cheese or sauce caked on to the stone I use a standard grill cleaning brush like the one on the link below, before I heat the oven up I just brush it lightly and scrape the residue off. Hello Michael, First off, thanks so much for watching and glad you enjoyed the video! I say, "paper thin" about 375 times in the video :) didn't realize how many times i said it until after I published it. I prefer using a mandolin on the thinest setting, you can also use a good knife it's just a little more work. Super thin and spread all over the top works out best for me and for people who normally do not like mushrooms because of the texture. Give it a shot!

Enjoy your channel! Quick question: how many pizzas are you able to get out of a full propane tank, as that puppy puts out a rather robust flame? Grazie. 🇮🇹👍🏼
I can get 18-20 hours per a standard 20 pound tank, I usually let the oven heat up for around an hour before I start cooking, and I usually cook around 10 pizzas each time. I usually prep a couple pizzas at a time then if I’m cooking them in the oven one at a time I can easily get 100 pizzas with one tank, you could do a lot more if you double up and cook two pieces at a time!
