The flowmaster would have sounded louder and meaner with an h pipe dual setup. I don't think anything that has a 0 to 60 time over 7 seconds should be over 105 decibels lol
if you're going to get a brand new Yukon AT4 - you have to get the 6.2L beast!!! And you can do a factory upgrade of the exhaust with a quad-tip dual exhaust system! 🏁🏁
*This video should be called “Flowmaster Vs Muffler Delete.* There’s no vehicle here that’s straight piped 😂 don’t let him mislead you into thinking that’s a straight piped setup.
@exhaustaddicts - I'm not a fan of the straight pipe set up. The Flowmaster sounds pretty good. I would imagine there is cabin drone with either setup. I had a "No Drone" Borla on mine and the cabin drone was unbearable. Had to put the stock system back on.
@@YZ426f Yes, the Touring. Spoke to Borla engineer and sent them video. He told me their muffler has a resonator built in and the drone I was getting between 1700 and 2000 RPM was normal. "Normal" drone and "No" drone are not the same.

Nice work! 😎🔨👊🏻 Both sound great. Flowmaster sounds more refined.

I like em both in their own way!
Love that the straight pipe didnt have any snap, crackle, and pop.
i like the little crackles but not anything too much or obnoxious
I miss the good ol days when the hole in the wall local muffler shop would rip those converters out and make it sound like a monster on wheels.
I have the 6.2l and have been trying to decide which way to go with the flow masters and delete the rear
Are the 2020 Yukon Denali exhaust pipes 3”? I can’t seem to find anything in my GMC manual regarding or referencing the size. Thank you for the help!
Wish I lived by you guys. Need to add some rumble to my 22 yukon denali.

@exhaustaddicts, have you ever cut out the crushed portion of the y-pipe? It bugs me everytime I see mine.
We can
FLOWMASTER
BEAST MODE ❗❗❗

Which Borla , was it the Touring ?

Is it the 5.3 or 6.2?
Most definitely the straight pipe. That send sounded good.
Straight pipes for the win 💯
Totally.
I thought they were 6.2L? Some are different.
The Denali's are 6.2. The Chevy Tahoe High Country has the 6.2.
5.3 is the base AT4 engine, but you can get the 6.2
The regular Yukon’s and the AT4 come with the 5.3 option. The Denali’s have the 3.0 V6 Diesel or 6.2.
Too nice of a suv to use either of those crappy options that sound bad
I will never buy one of these trucks, I have enough to buy them but I’m not trying to buy a ticking time bomb
Why are you so scared? I just the 2024 if anything, I’m rebuilding the engine or transmission and beef it up at the same time
