Thank you, thank you , thank you. This is how I was taught to do this in grade 9 in 1970. I forgot the formulae over time and needed it when I became a carpenter, but by then the calculator had been invented and nobody remembered the formula anymore. It's very simple, BUT only if you know your multiplication tables. Which I do, because I went to school before the calculator was invented. I can can easily imagine the correct number to enter in the equation. I haven't tried this in 50 years, but I solved all three in less than 20 seconds.

That if we don't get 0 in the end and we dont have any pairs to bring down then will the number given in the question will not be a perfect square or something else

When you don't get 0 as the remainder, it means that the square root of the number is an irrational number.
