Love your reviews Ben and I am very happy you made one on this guitar as I am currently looking to purchase one myself. I love the look and sound from this guitar so I only need to try it for myself now, other than that I am sold on this having watched your review.
IRT the pickup, I agree it would be nice to have a simple endpin setup vs. the box on the bottom. I usually use a Fishman Rare-Earth Blend, so what I did was remove the factory pickup and ran the output jack of the REB into the box vs. drilling a hole in the endpin. Good news is it's easy to pop off the leads for the factory pickup and remove it.
Your review is really on point. I have one myself and I have the same impression as you do in this video. I particularly agree with the string spacing. For me it is a bit too narrow, but I can live with it no problem.
A great review - thank you. I’m not happy about starting with polishing and buffing and I thought the pickup sounded not great either. When I buy a guitar these issues should be sorted out - not extra for an already overworked luthier. Again - a great review and thank you for pointing out both good and bad. In some countries Online buying is sometimes the only option, so reviews like this are (for me) invaluable. One tiny extra - I would like a quick shot of the case! Thanks again!!!
Great review, I ordered the A60e yesterday and really looking forward to getting it but just out of curiosity when you used the pick-up what were you plugged into? Cheers brother man.
Prs se have solid back and top with laminated sides only, another take towards classical style build for strength, half the reason why they sound like a 2500 American built guitar. They are amazing.
I bought one and it arrived today .I have to say overall its not worth the money I paid for it .the back and sides are laminate and the abalone looks like a fake decal .the inlays are nice but the plastic saddle and nut look really cheap .the case is flimsy and cheap probably no better than a good padded gig bag. The guitar sounds kind of dead maybe it just needs played in. I will end up returning this one …..
Jeuel Sapad hey man ! Did you ever get a reply about a alternative for the PRS SE T60E acoustic. I think they are one of the best sounding guy out there. I have Martin hd35 and d-18 among 11 other med / high end acoustic guitars. This PRS sounds just as good or better than most of them. Love that sound it’s my go to now
What are you talking about? The saddle is made out of bone, also the case is def. not flimsy. Feels like this comment is just made to throw dirt on the company.

Ben, I love your your reviews. You are very thorough and articulate in your analysis.
Thanks Rick!
Great review man. You are one master reviewer . You get right to the point and play the right pieces for a person to hear the real sound

Glad to be of service - sorry for the lack of case shot, we normally make sure to include one but must have missed it this time.
Awesome review!

are you satisfied with your A60e? I'm thinking of getting one.
Fantastic guitar very happy with it 😎👍
I have no need of electric plug in. I hope their is a non-electric model. Good looking and sounding guitar.
Sweet treble and firm bass with enough warmth
Atleast for me though

For reference, what alternative would you suggest at this price range? Thank you!
Do you still have the PRS t60 and what’s your opinion of it now that you had it for a while

Did you not research the guitar before you bought it? The specs state the back and sides are laminates.
