Treulos X Yep. The 2.0 does not include a flap, so you can choose between any of their AVS flaps. Somewhat of a hassle when buying it, but it does give you more options than the standard JPC.

i have a crye 1...pretty much the same thing..gave it to my wife...bought an agilite k19...far superior..crazy comfortable and the fit is customizable behind belief. less than a lb heavier than the crye though. might check out the crye 2 but seems the same as the first
The 2.0 does not include a flap so that you may choose the flap you want to use. Which is good, as you could also look at the other options on the market instead of just what Crye offers.
The jpc 2.0 will not have a front molle flap. The regular flap is around 40 bucks and are just rows of molle but I would honestly look at spiritus systems and Haley strategics mini chest rigs that are compatible with the avs buckles. They are also 40 ish dollars and include room for mags, integrated admin pouch with all Velcro fronts for patches and stuff. U just have to look at getting retention clips to keep your mags in

I think the gap may be for a tool such as a bolt cutters a breaching tool or blasting caps for EOD work

Rickeyw130 I would go based off of what size plate you use. That's how plate carriers are sized.
