If you don’t mind Kane I will tell you what happened because I was there. I was leading multiple assaults on the GDI base. It was extremely difficult to destroy as they had a very effective defense weapons system that I had not yet come across before. On one of my assaults I noticed Vertigo bombers approaching from the northwest and the southeast. They destroyed everything in their path, I was initially happy as the GDI base was destroyed however more nod forces approached form the northwest and the southeast and started building bases. My forces called out saying, “Who’s in charge, In the name of Kane reveal yourself”. They responded by saying “Kane does not uphold the Brotherhood as he would have you believe. We serve the true cause of Nod. Surrender Temple Prime or DIE. Ajay then contacted me saying quote “Commander I don’t know what the hell is going on but it sure smells like Killian to me, probably one of her power plays. Guess what she is in for a rude awakening, with my brains are your brawns we’re going to put her little plot 6 feet under.” The colour of those Nod forces were green, the same colour as the troops I fought today.
Unfortunate Ajay was quick to suspect Killian mostly due to his loyalty to Kane and judging those who question Kane's plans, logical or not The moment Kane questioned him if she was the one who ordered the hit, Ajay started to question his word... Fearful, he wouldn't give a proper answer and says he doesn't know. Kane decided it was enough and executed her on the spot He's loyalty to Kane came in doubt once she died He gets karma and is put Killian's shoes. Now questioning and doubtful of Kane and likely deserted due to his guilt. Little did he know Alexa was the real traitor. Alexa, Kane, LEGION and a chosen number of Nod soldiers are doing other missions kept secret from Killian, Ajay and the rest of Nod's forces. Using that privilege, Alexa took advantage and framed Killian both out of fanatical loyalty for doubting Kane and likely jealousy. Of course Karma came back to haunt her after attempting to kill Legion out of paranoia of a possible AI takeover akin to Cabal. Kane will live with the fact that he killed someone doubtful but loyal because of a lie. But he can replace them, if they prove their worth and faith in him.
I captured the launcher but didn’t repair to full strength so the mission trigger wouldn’t expand the map. Build an air platform before sending engineers though as the storm riders will kill them before they get to the base. I then built loads of air defense on both bases and just toyed with the scrin. Was able to capture the central scrin base and build all their tech. Destroyed the southwestern base with a mothership and the northwestern base with a shot from the rift generator. Also, blow up the bridge connecting the map to your 2 bases.
LOL I pretty much did the same things as you did except the rift generator, mothership and broken bridges. Instead I mass produce venoms until there are no tiberium left, and I put the venoms in aggressive to attack the enemy bases.
It's little strange mission design considering the Scrin can rebuild the Gravity Stabilizers if they are destroyed. It's more fun to destroy everything and really have to fight a victory.
My method. This works on hard. Turtle around the launch facility. Build a chemical weapons plant, temple of nod and small force of stealth tanks. Wait for the nuke to get ready. Capture the launch facility. Immediately use a tiberium vapor bomb on the lower left base. Use a nuke on the upper central base. Send the attack force to bring down the last gravity stabilizer.
one thing to try out ( it might of changed it has been some years since i played on the 360 ) is using stealth towers for the first part seeing most of the scrin dont have anti-stealth units it might buy you some time if you want to turtle up and build an army but this might have changed
