Chervona Kalyna Avenue / Troyeshchyna, Kyiv / Virtual tour of the city streets

Today, Troyeschyna has become the largest residential area in Kyiv, home to about 300,000 residents. So let's walk along one of the biggest streets of this neighbourhood and take a look at the life of Troyeshchyna during the full-scale war in Ukraine.
Since 2022, this street has been called Chervona Kalyna Avenue.
"Oh, in the meadow is a red viburnum..." is a Ukrainian song written in early 1914. The song was disseminated by the Sich Riflemen, and since then it has become a folk song. In the first days of Russian aggression against Ukraine, this song gained a new wave of popularity and became a global hit. The video for this song quickly went viral, and later this song was covered in many cities and countries around the world, expressing their support for Ukraine during the war.
