I was finally able to use my 3 wood, first time ever using it, it was pretty much dead straight and it went about 110m (112 yards) I also only started golf like 2 weeks ago so I'm happy with that

However I’m just casual enough to care what I’m playing, brand bias, etc. I love my titleist stuff, but I’m sure there are other brands out there that would suit me just fine. All preference. Lot of people with the “look good, feel good, play good” mentality out there. And it works for some and for others it doesnt

The one thing I have been struggling with in tourneys is my putting and this year I got a 2017 mallet style futura and I have putted so much better it hurt when he said odesey is the best instead of Scotty cameron

what matters is ball speed, Jon ram can get 145 mph with a 7i for 95-100Mph club swing speed, useless to swing a 7i 108 mph if you can't get at least 150mph ball speed.
I hope they did a putting stroke analysis. Making sure the weight, lie, toe hang, loft, length matches your putting stroke is crucial. This goes out to everyone. Having a "straight back straight through" style putter will severely effect consistency if you are a strong arc (A majority of golfers are slight arc, nearly strong arc putters)
I’m definitely wanting to begin saving for a club fitting and new clubs once I get a job when I turn 16 (currently 15) should I wait until I am totally done growing before I get a fitting and also should I get lessons before I get a fitting so that when I get a fitting my swing fits my clubs or get a fitting then lessons because it’s hard to have a good swing when you’re trying to compensate for your 1996 Callaway big Bertha irons
Nice video. I simply dont have the priveledge of custom fit were im at. I share my take with you. I found that in general the distance gap between 7...6...5....4...3 is not healthy. Hitting all 5 clubs with same 80% swing results.......From 7(165y) through 3(179y).....Im ok from 130yds in using 9/W/SW. Biggest void is 190 to 220yds. I use 5W and 3W for that area. Any advice please.
To bad you got the clubs before you started training. Now with your improved swing, these clubs might not work for you any more. Love the videos, keep them coming!
I've been our there a couple times. Really cool facility. Did you get to meet roger Cleveland? He fit me for a set of wedges last time I was there. Really cool dude. I'm not sure about that fitter though honestly. The second I heard him fitting you for length only using wrist to floor he kind of lost some credibility for me. Either way congrats on the whole experience. Let me know how your lesson goes dude.

Nobody uses tape on the bounce or a lie board anymore! Tape goes on the face to determine lie angle and used without the lie board.

I just got fitted at Callaway Performance center for 150 bucks. Same cost as most places around here. Northeast USA.
