Mam why this is called Act not code like IPC or CrPC and in definition of Court except arbitrators means?who r arbitrators mam?

Act Jo hota hai vo parliament k Dono houses se paas ho Kar president ki assent se banta hai. Isiliye ise enactment khte hai .. lekin Jo code hota hai vo thoda alag hota hai. Code Ka MATLAB hota hai ksi bhi cheez ko lekar jiske lie phle se kuchh rules ho in rules ko collect Karke codification Karna .. Jaise hmare India mein laws phle religion k hisab se hote the k agar Hindu party hai to Hindu laws chalenge Muslims hai to vo, lekin jab lord Macaulay ne in problems ko Dekha to Jo phle se hi laws India mein the, Britain mein follow hote the un sab ko ikathha Karke codification kr Diya. Ya kahu k arrangement kr Diya. To IPC bna. Aise hi cr.pc cpc. Lekin Indian evidence act Jo tha vo is Tarah se nhi bna kyounki isse related laws ko codification Karna aasan nhi tha isiliye inko act se paas Kiya gya
Arbitrators hote hai Jo negotiation karte hai means ksi bhi suit Ko decide karte hai. Arbitration process ek out of court settlement hota hai. Ye alternative resolution mein aata hai

Its means, an 'issue' is arises then when a 'fact' is happened. Documents is expression the 'fact' it can be ture or as well as false.
And every 'fact' is not a 'relevant fact'.but Before the 'relevant fact' is must be happened to 'fact.'
