Sir...meri ek doubt hein....apne bola ki....when the age of a Hindu girl at her time of marriage under Hindu marriage act , 1955 is less then 18 years.
To isme bola ki ....the marriage is valid but is will be punishable.....
Then....apne aur ek question pucha ki...if the age of parties is above 18 years and below 21 year of age ?
Then if I say that....this marriage is valid but is will be punishable.....then is this wrong....?
Kiuki first question mein vi thi ki ladki ki age less then 18 years hein....toh fir agar iye valid ho sakta hein toh 2nd question ki answer kiu nehi....
Iye thodi samjhme nehi aa rahi hein.... first mein vi toh questions ki condition void thi....
Plz thodi iye samjha do .......🙏🏻
