Can imagine how other UA-camrs would have named & used click baits for this video, that TFT for you. Always inspiring, not only sharing how travelling is good, also how prepared one has to. Kudos man 👍
I see the importance of having a riding buddy, but the introvert in me is hellbent on solo rides... :(( Also, great video! The multi-tool is a lifesaver! ❤️
I also ride solo. Couple of things that have served me well are 1. Keep the machine in as much good shape as possible. It's a tool and should be maintained as such. 2. Keep basic tools with yourself like a spanner kit and screwdriver set etc. When going in remote areas have a tyre inflator and puncture kit together.
Same here, I had a fall recently on my solo trip , I thought if my clutch lever is and gear rod is broken then I am done for a fraction of a second. 😅 No one was there to lift the bike also
@@elite_kuls9523 And exactly same here, had a fall a month back inside a reserved forest, had injured my leg lifting my bike from puddle, but the dumb in me just now realized that the Lever broken would have been a huge huge problem, and just now unlocked and realized that damaged bike is biggest problem..that day, only problem was lifting the bike..
@@elite_kuls9523 something similar here. I was offroading on an unmarked trail in a national park, the ground gave way in a tight turn, only for my bike and i to fall into a ditch. It had fallen wheels up, and there was no reception. The whole ordeal was.... Fun :')
I loved how he signalled his breakdown to V. I have been doing the same with my group rides as well, we have a very short sequence of horn tune. Whenever one of us needs to draw attention he will put the horn and we'll know it's one of us.
This makes me want to learn to repair my bike on my own. I did a long ride from Bangalore to Pune. Most of them recommended that I lube at every 500 km. Now I understand why.
This is exactly why I make sure to tighten and lube the chain before I ride. Prevention is better than the cure ehh, haha. Anyways, I'm glad it was an easy fix ✌
Its always good to know how to fix your bike, atleast the basics. Me? I probably would have made it worse though. My idea of DIY reads Destroy It yourself. So I keep my DIYness to a minimum, lol. Awaiting next part of the series :D
Similar situation happened with me when I was solo riding home to Rudrapur from Ahmedabad. The chain came off but thankfully i got to know it in that milisecond and didn't give it gas. That prevented the front sprocket situation. My bike was loaded af and it literally was a grind to get it back in place :D
When you are relieved to have a centrestand! That motion pro multi tool looks great, I may have to invest in one. Got to go check the chain slack on my bike now, bye :)
Used to happen to me too. You should check your chain. I found out that one side of one single chain block was broken which used to expand under pressure and the chain would slip from the sprocket. Had had two nasty falls because of that.
It maybe worthwhile to install one of those chain lube squirt tubes near the front sprocket. For those who frequently tour, every 400 km you release lube to keep the chain well lubricated. Or switch to moly-lithium lube. Slack chain is survivable but not a dry one.
Hi, can you please add the links to purchase these tools here in the description please, it will be beneficial for all who need these tools? Tools for repairing Xpulse puncher , removing tire, fixing chains and whatever multiple tool sets you carry. A kind request, Regards Nishant
I have actually done this kind of trail section on my gixxer 250 alone with no tool kit. I was just riding, see if the bad road ended somewhere near Sataun in HP /UK Border. I'm so happy and glad and thankful and grateful that all I got was a puncture and that too I found out after 2 days. Had I been stuck in a situation like that, I'd have literally died. Cheers man, Xpulse looks solid.
Hahhaa , nice! I saw the distinctive red handle and said to myself , do I spy a Knipex Pliers Wrench ? I have that in 180 mm and the Knipex Cobra, both worth their weight in gold . Good job sorting that out, too.
Sir use your signature theme music at the starting of the vlogs... that "Travel Wonder Explore" thing. It was so soothing, and I'm missing it! Good to have you and your vlogs back though! Lots of love!
Happened with me too and it costed me 1 month and 20k something because the loose chain broke the Gear chamber now i check my chain everytime before going to any ride 😂.
Any punctures so far on your Xpulse? I am eager to know if you have ever fixed the puncture by yourself, you used to ride T bird and now X pulse, both with tube tyres. Waiting for such video
Reminded me of the time I almost lost the chain but found it later but lost the chain link because I used extra grease to lube the chain the previous night before the ride. Fortunately I got an empty pick up auto to take me and the bike on the highway to the closest RE service centre around 20kms away. I usually ride solo. This happened when I was doing around 120kmph on my RE Thunderbird 350 😁
@TollFreeTraveller Hi , I see quite a few videos showing multiple issues with xpulse 200 4v (which are ridden just 300, 500 or 1000 km) especially Engine oil leak, Suspension failure, some chassis breking. I want to buy that bike but because of these videos I'm worried now. A youtuber FalconRider suggested me your name to check the feedback of the bike. So, can you please help me with the decision.
I believe you mean; "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound a cure"....as the old saying goes . Luckily, you didn't need a 'pound of cure' to get back on the road...chance favors a prepared mind, as you have shown!
Can imagine how other UA-camrs would have named & used click baits for this video, that TFT for you. Always inspiring, not only sharing how travelling is good, also how prepared one has to. Kudos man 👍
Absolutely! Like a champ fixed it and moved on! And at the same time showed us how to do it too!
😬Xpluse ka ho gaya Break ....Kya Kare....😬

I don't usually comment on videos, But I can't stand back and have to say what an informative video it has been.
This happened to me too in heavy traffic. Wonderful lesson on making sure my sprockets are clean and always oily.
It really feels good to see you fix things by yourself, it's kinda inspiration. I've seen so many bloggers crying when they face such situations.
Good to see you back Xploring after a long time.

So compact yet so functional, philosophy needed for tools as well as life.

What a cool and calm composure
How calmly u handled the problem . Simple amazing 🙌
Luckily the chain has not ripped off! Good job! 👍
அனுபவமே நல்ல பாடத்தை கற்று தரும் 😍
Super useful tips on the toolkit, thanks for the mention. The place with empty road at the start of the video is lovely 😍
Simply wow ...for your both skills
Glad you had a riding buddy with you. That would have been extremely stressful if you were alone.
Definitely would have been wayyy more challenging
Creating a vlog is an art and your vlog are very unique and stand out one the crowd
Awesome wowsome rohith. You truely are a wanderer and showed us come what may, you continue the journey. ❤️❤️❤️

Glad you have your riding partner!
Definitely. V is a rockstar!
If there is one Notification i wait for, it's from TFT. Hope to get much more and often as well..

Yeah, we live and we learn. Haha
Sounds Scary
Why did it come off? My biggest fear is this, stops me from doing long rides
One good video to help us know about our motorcycles b4 we ride anywhere 😅
When you are relieved to have a centrestand!
That motion pro multi tool looks great, I may have to invest in one.
Got to go check the chain slack on my bike now, bye :)
Wonderful video. I learned the importance of carrying a toolkit and also being able to work on your motorcycle at times.
i see you have removed the pivot risers and using a new handlebar. any particular reason for that rohith? and as always, crisp vlog!
Thank you you exist .🙏🙏🙏🙏
It happens to my cycle everytime I go fast 😃
Used to happen to me too. You should check your chain. I found out that one side of one single chain block was broken which used to expand under pressure and the chain would slip from the sprocket. Had had two nasty falls because of that.
I'm really surprised that you have fixed your motorcycle by urself... The importance of knowing what to do really helped
Being able to do basic repairs enables you to be more adventurous

Yeah. Not critical, but definitely convenient
Brilliant and the takeaway is keep lubing (chain i mean 😆)
Every time I see u r video, big smile on my face ☺️. I'd no y 😍

Good timing for sure!
Can u share the link for these tools...will be very helpful I ride RE Himalayan
Very useful information. Thanks 👍

Anna,Tool kit is super..
Even though WE ENJOYED. 🍀
KNIPEX FTW!!
How was the Ktm's suspension performing in comparison with the Xpulse in this terrain?
This one has a modified suspension. An absolute beauty
If we change 4v chain set in 2v bike will that be useful....?hero guy is suggesting me
How and from where I can buy the tools kit? Please respond🙏
Great video. Very useful. Did this happen only due to lack of chain lubrication/dirty chain or was it for some other reason?
I think if the chain had been adjusted correctly there was a far smaller chance of something like this happening

Can u explain the part of extra greasing? So lubing can also cause chain loss?
@@shashankmallamraju4271 Not loose chain I lost chain link 😁
Then i lost and found the chain
Sir please provide us with the links of the tools it would be helpful 🙏😁… thank u
Hey, I've added a link in the description. The motion Pro stuff isn't available in India though
Bro, can you please share link to where you buy motionPro tools.
Where did you get the handle bar foam thing
Where to buy and how to buy motion pro in india/kolkata?
If Klim doesn't sponsor this vid, it's daylight robbery! 😉
👍
a centre stand is essential
So, where can one buy those motorcycle specific tools made by motion Pro?
Motion Pro tools from the US or Europe, as of now
I fix most of the things on my rx135 by myself except adjusting the chain. For some reason, I can't get the hang of it.
Hahaha, it's easy but not always fun to do. Which is why even I'm lazy about it sometimes

I have seen your previous videos about why u bought xpulse how to pack for long rides, etc. I thought you can help me with this decision.
just move the bike backwards a few steps the chain will fall to its place and we can put it back, happened with my cbz 2001
I believe you mean; "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound a cure"....as the old saying goes . Luckily, you didn't need a 'pound of cure' to get back on the road...chance favors a prepared mind, as you have shown!
That hold true too!
Sir, which is Gud handle raiser or bar handle?
Which is your handle bar?
The best option for me have been the Rox Risers. I need to source a better flat handlebar to use those though
@@TollFreeTraveller sir thank u fa ur reply
Ur simply the best
Bro what made the chain struck?
Sir handler bar name plz
How much air pressure need to maintain for xpulse 200 4v
🤘
Luckily this happen on my way to home ,not on the national highway when I was doing 80+
🙌🙌
My chain has come off. This is gonna be fun 🤣🤣🤣
Might as well have fun
👍👍👍👍
This just made me order a few tools 😂
Seems like you never Clean and Lube your chain
🥰
Can you imagine the difficulty in fitting if that bike had no centre stand.
Yeah, would have needed some kind of contraption
Freakin Chads Man...!
rohit.. go for a long ride again
❣️🇳🇵
If they can put shaft drive on a 80cc commuter or a 1250GS, why not on everything......makes life simple.
Hey first!!!
Chain coming off cannot really be counted as "BREAKDOWN"
