Elbow-Strike, Knife hand, Back Fist, Palm-Strike and Straight Punch ..... These are the some of my favourite Striking techniques that I practice a lot...
I discovered something nice many years ago. Open your hand and hold it in the air (vertical knife hand, but the fingers are spreaded), tauten it and, still doing so, get it in diagonal position. Then proceed to clutch it (you never stop tautening the hand) starting from the little finger to the pointing finger. When all the fingers are clutched except the thumb, make a fist. Tighten it much. You'll feel the power. The blow from such fist is stronger by 30%, but it's a "one shot". It works only with one blow, then you've to start everything over.
I am really sorry to hear that you are being bullied at school. First, you should ask for help from the teachers, parents and other adults (maybe there is a psychologist at your school?). Learning martial arts can help you to protect yourself and others, be more confident and stand up against bullies, that is very important. But violence is never the answer to bullying. That just causes more violence. But you standing up for yourself shows that you are capable and can take a stand against the bullies. I hope that things will be better for you! Let me know!
@@jiangwang454 Aiya, but there're faster ways, though. To be able to efficiently defend yourself using your martial arts skills takes time, you first need to learn them and then accustom them. It takes time. First you should do what Nora says and inform your teachers and parents. Don't be afraid of your classmates' revenge, ignore it - you can always change school. If you've any friends, ask them for help too. And now something from myself - buy a pepper gas. It's the fastest way to beat your opponent. Some gases (like mine) paralyse your opponent for 15 minutes - enough time to even kill him! Such person is unable to breathe and see properly - you can do with him whatever you want *no matter* if he's stronger or fights better. BUT USE IT ONLY IN ULTIMATE SITUATIONS!
Oh that is great, thank you for the correction! I use the words from the Taekwon-do encyclopedia so there might be things which are not correct in writing the characters or the pronunciation or the latin version.
not a big fan of the spearhand, they have it in poomsae and some kata, it is pure shit in real situations. hammerblows and maybe the old karate chop if you can aim it on point. Palm strikes are great, less damage to you and krav maga loves them.
I’m learning so much on here that impresses when I go to the dojang. Thank you
That is awesome😊👊🏻I am happy to hear that

The knifehand looks really cool and it could be a dangerous weapon! Yes, palm strikes are really effective, no wonder krav maga uses them too!
