It sounds like she was possibly listening for 4 years, but not necessarily trying to understand what he was going through. It takes a truly special person to understand and support someone through those mental health issues. I definitely had to step back from my relationship because we needed to piece ourselves together separately. Choosing to fix you is a hard but necessary thing to do. I'm about to be 35 and have never felt more free & excited for life.

Diagnosed with GAD about a year and a half ago. Been dealing with it for a long time but only diagnosed at that point. ADHD + GAD fucking sucks. Mental health is laughed at so much, just because it can't be seen doesn't mean it doesn't exist. And it's at times so lonely, I'm glad that I have been able to help my friends who are now going through different issues. Able to support others when you don't get the support isn't always easy, but it's something that I wish more people did. Great topic and thank you for not shying from it. Important to understand your worth and your mental health.

His feelings matter as well and no one should ignore them. I hate to know that men hold in their feelings and it literally makes me so sad that people are out here not loving someone correctly. If you can’t lean on your partner when your going through something difficult in your life, you have to move on and choose you. If you have spicy elements on the pizza such as Jalapenos or hot peppers, addition of pineapple is a good complement to the taste profile. The first time I saw this combination, I said eew .... but when I ate the pizza slice, it was a yum!
Jalapenos and peppers are spicy. What planet are you from. I put Ultra death sauce on my food. That stuff is about 900x stronger than a Jalapeno. A Jalapeno isn't spicy at all. I bet you feel taco bells sauce is hot for you. The diabol sauce which is freaking no hotter than a freaking red pepper.

My first relationship made me a dark person. Like you said is true, my dad raised me in the perspective that I have to be strong all the time for my family. That's why men have no many problems with anxiety and depression because it just builds in there head and rips them apart mentally but when you finally do find someone that can reach that soft spot in you and you finally let it out a lot of time they just say oh that's bullshit or everyone goes through it so then you just feel weak for even talking about it in the first place. This can tear a man down more then almost anything, opening up to someone and then they just use it to tear you down.
Please do more content like this not to feed your ego but you seem like a great guy as well as a person who is willing give advice to people who ask for it or may need it keep just being you

Light sauce on the pizza extra marinara and garlic butter on the side....unfortunately when you like your pizza customized you gotta order in store. If not chances are delivery gonna be messed up. Got post anxiety a bitch man never had it but the last 3 years after a terrible breakup of 15 years I've found myself with anxiety panic disorder sucks drugs and all type of stuff I've never need don't talk about it cause people don't understand appreciated the video none the less
