Nicely explained, thank you! A suggestion: could you add a ‘ Daily menu section’ I.e., here’s what you would suggest for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And include how some effort can be saved ( example make Idli and sambar for breakfast but sambar can be used later for lunch as well); but taste is not compromised!

Chutney good.shall ii give some suggestions. Additional u add small amount of groundnut to the coconut chutney and do not add tamarind.the taste will be good

I am relatively new to cooking. Of all the chutney recipes I have come across on UA-cam and tried, I don't remember anyone pointing out that we should run the first couple of cycles of grinding without water and then gradually add water to bring it up to the desired consistency. This is an absolutely important tip; if this step is not followed, the coconut in the chutney will never blend well. Thank you for this.

👍👍 Coconut chutney ku tamarind avoid pannina nallathu. Coconut and pottukadali...1 : 1/4 with green chillies and salt to taste (ginger small piece also you can add). Chutney romba tasty aa irukkume. Then you can use 1/4tsp oil to fry the ingredients. Ingredients will fry quickly. Thanks Sowmya 🙏🙏 Take care:)
