Hi Kim, that is great to hear. If you are flexible and have good body awareness, you can get a lot done on the Micro carriage; however, for our videos on youtube I have to imagine that people are NOT flexible and have zero body awareness. The Micro reigns king as far as what you can do with it for such a little machine. And the core exercises are unmatched on the Micro.
I am 5'7" and I can do the tail bone bicep on the carriage
I cross my legs and then table top my legs as I get stable, awkward but works ( I am 62 )
