So is Does this process require a long time in order for the chemicals used for cleaning to be separated before the machines are used in restaurants again? Hi si Bader. I hope you are doing well. Thanks for your support! Much appreciated! The cleaning process takes a short time generally, but maybe longer depending on the carbon build up inside the pot or on the heating elements (electric fryers). For a better result, it's always good to use degreaser as a suitable solution that cuts grease especially heated. Possible to use baking soda, distilled vinegar.. However, after draining the boil out solution, it's a must to rinse the fryer and wipe it out with a clean soft rag before filling the oil/shortening. Doing so, we avoid contamination.. Thanks again. : السلام عليكم اخي الكريم ممكن ترد على سؤالي الله يبارك فيك معي ماكينة frymaster . ثلاثه احواض كانت متوقفه من ذوفتره وجينا نشغلها. ما اشتغلت طلع في كل الشاشات اسم فلتر بالأنجليزي ومارضيت تشتغل على رغم اننا وقفتها وهي شغاله طبيعي يشتغل الكنتكتور الأول فقط وكنتكتر الهيترات لا يعمل الله يبارك فيك 目
