What a time for this song to be released again. 3 years ago, I am doubting myself if I can take the grind in the civil engineering program. Throughout my college life, my skillset is not engineering related. I am not good at math basically. Through the course of time, I struggled for real and I am so close in surrendering my dreams. And now, I am a graduating student working with my capstone 1 Design Project and looking to pass the CE board exam next year. God is good. Let us not be tired of waiting if God is not done working.

Therefore I tell you, no matter what you have done, turn back, linger no more, and I bet my life on it that whoever you are He will forgive you, He loves you enough!

It’s so unbearable yet also comes with the richest moments with Jesus when I die to my own self some days over and over - nearly 7,200 days of knowing what it means to die to myself as I sit in a state of pause.. this song meets me in those moments where I teeter between realms.. usually right before Abba in His mercy and grace intervenes and picks me up to carry me to that secret place where only He can tenderly touch the anguish of my soul wounds as I wait for fulfillment of all He promised me. A state of living and not, a delicate place of safety that sometimes I don’t ever want to leave His presence because it is Him who has carried me this far and for this long. The only other one I trust who would even slightly understand, is now undetermined to be friend or foe. I believe my season will come. There is an end date to long suffering.
