You expect too much. Other people also have problems and they won't bother with yours if you don't wanna share them. They won't try to understand if you don't try to explain. You also need to do some work. Don't wait for others to do everything. I learnt that. No hate. Just an advice.
my girlfriend is doing through the same thing. And I understand. But the problem with that is, you won't be able to recover from problems and trauma if you don't don't talk to someone about it. especially your significant other. they will be left wondering if they have done something wrong or if they could have done something to be able to help. without communicating on what seems to be the problem, everyone that matters to you would be left clueless and hurt. So please as a stranger on the internet, talk to someone about it. I know its hard to open up especially if the trauma or problem that caused it is painful. but opening up and talking about it is the only way to ease the situation. don't bottle up your problems and trauma inside. it will slowly eat you and others around you especially those that are close to you would also be affected.

Happiness is so different for everyone and happiness has so many different meanings, sometimes happy does not mean happy sometimes happy is not a real feeling it's fake and used to make people think you're okay, I maybe happy but I'm not truly happy, I seem okay and well but I'm not. I pretend to be happy but my happiness has a mask covering the true identity of my happiness.

Wow ur editing is fantabulous hun.This hits home i felt broken before i was in such a dark place 6/7 yrs ago that i didn't realize my friends and family were hurting too and i lost some of them to alcohol drug's and suicide etc. Now i try everything and anything to make sure everyone around me is really good and not just saying the word's but meaning it.
Ik how u feel bc I got taken away from my biological parents bc of there drug using and they couldn't afford me and my brother so I cry every day wishing they would change so I can see them or I think that it's my fault bc they use. I think that maybe they don't love us enough to fight for us to stop using to be clean but I cry every day
