The only point that I disagree on in this video is you calling him "Narayan Murthy Sir". Our culture is such that we respect our elders no matter what. But we need to realise that just because someone is more accomplished/older than you, doesn't mean he deserves your respect. Narayan Murthy ji lost all my respect for him in the last one year or so. Someone should point-blank ask him: - what does he think of the recent EY case? Is he not encouraging managers to push more pressure on the employees? - why does he not hire more part-time employees if he really has so much work that the existing employees are not able to finish in the stipulated 8-hr time? Why are so many people in Infosys on bench, why not employ them to finish off work that current employees are not able to finish in 8 hours? Also, notice how he made his last statement like 6 months back, then when the EY incident happened around June-July, he conveniently stayed silent and now,m when all have forgotten about the case(sadly), he has decided to make another statement.
