I bought a 1.5 hectare farmland in my home town in Iloilo City despite the fact i have a house in Manila because my dream retirement home would be in the middle of a farmland as well surrounded by trees,fruit bearing trees,fruits and vegetables.Away from hustle and bustle of the city.The only noise you can hear was the birds chirping and the rifle sound of the running water. The grass cutter is designed to cut grass. Not for twigs, or small branches as it will definitely destroy the blade. Am talking from experience. Very kind and thoughtful of the person who sent it to you. It's a good machine (honda), must be expensive.

Just a suggestion, kindly clear the path going to your lot so that you bring your motor bike inside your property… then clear the property line and plant malonggay for boundery indication, then clear and clean water source area for future use…. Then clear area per area where you wanted to erect your structure. Keep dreaming….enjoy.
Maybe you can learn how to pump water from the water source on your land, and run a line to your future home. Then you can have running water inside/outside your home.
Please drink coconut water every time Boris works in the heat on the farm. Coconut water will replace the electrolytes he loses as he sweats, giving him revataliztion of energy and qu8ck recovery from exhaustion. Coconut water is Natures Gatorade.

Just a suggestions, rather than cleaning all the land now, maybe just clean the perimeter to distinguish the border first. Then gradually clean it according to what you want to work for farming. The rain is really boosting the bush growth here.

Darlene and Boris, my suggestion is for you guys to borrow or hire someone with bulldozer instead of hiring people to clean your land . I think it is much faster and practical. Maybe going to cost more but it’s much faster. Meaning after you hire people, in a day or few the grass will grow again. With bulldozer it’s much faster. Just a suggestion. Good day

I haven't been watching due to us traveling on the road at the moment but I am as always so amazed by your enthusiasm. Just like Boris I too believe that no dream is impossible.
