Atmospheric River Update

The last of three Atmospheric Rivers may be winding down. The South Alouette River looks like it will peak around the same level as after the first event with the dam reservoir flowing uncontrolled 0.5 m over the dam spillway, at around 126.0 m. Looks like we'll avoid flooding at 232nd street.
