No offense, but I think they definitely were tryna scam you from the high prices. Like who the hells gonna buy a $98 dollar shirt? Does it have gold? No. Does it have silver? No. So they ain't special
High end brands sell tshirts for 98$ and people buy it lol but I definitely agree they were overcharging for the shirts
I would have paid the dollar or even $5, but never more than that, unless I was a collector.

I know people that collect vintage ephemera and photos, and they pay up for it. I think some people use it for junk journals too. 😊

I dont fully understand what a flea market is because I've never been to one but it looks like almost a garage sale but not at a house and with multiple vendors/sellers. I have been to festivals before where they have booths and sell things though!

A flea market is in a parking lot, or building, or field with many vendors. They have one by my house every week from April until September.
Also something that you probably know but I wanted to share just in case, did you know that ASMR creators are called ASMRtists (which is the letters "asmr" and the word "artist" combined!) In my opinion asmr really is a form of art it takes talent to be able to relax people, have a good whispering voice, and knowing how to make relaxing sounds. And then theres editing and the time it all takes. And the recording part too. It's definitely impressive! I want to do asmr one day but I know I never will lol 😅
