Good information Doctor, I am from india tamilnadu. I am 39 years old i was diagnosed last years 2023 march stage 2a. Tumor size 2.3 cms and completed my neoadjuvant chemotherapy with carboplatin. Then had my lumpectomy surgery with sentinel node and all came bacck Pcr. Then did my radiotherapy for 18 days and completed. What will be my reoccurrence rate. How to lrevent reoccurance doctor
I was diagnosed with TNBC stage 2 during my pregnancy.i under went lumpectomy followed by 8 cycle of chemotherapy followed by 20 cycle of radiation and than 8 cycle of oral chemotherapy.and now i m on zoledronic every 6 month for three years. due to pregnancy neither my MRI nor pet scan was done..so do i need any of tests to ensure that there is no cancer cell present in the body nor any recurrence is happening.plz reply 🙏
Hello sir , I'm 36 year old nd I have invasive ductal carcinoma triple negative nd I'm completely done with my treatment.... Chemo mastetomy then chemo , radiation nd now oral chemo for 8 cycle pls help me to know about any kind of reoccurrence in future ..and I have stage1 cancer
Thanks. Can triple negative be cured without surgery, with chemo and drugs...? Does radiation is followed by surgery only? What if patient is reluctant to undergo surgery...( no counseling is helping)
1. Even triple negative will require surgery. 2. Yes, for breast cancer radiation is always after completing other treatments. 3. We need to reason out with the patient, understand her fears, and try and address any other issues.

Yes,Sir if he/ she can have it then go ahead it is high protein diet. Feel lucky if your patient can have it.
