Question: we need a forum as soon as possible, the current chat system is designed for mobile and because of this, we can not organize and read back our alliance conversation. We need a forum system like with Forge of Empires. So we can create different chat topics and actually safe it for later. Please when can we get a better/organized chat system? It is blocking efficient communication at the moment and we dont use Discord either in our alliance.
Great for more alliance interaction. Suggestion: let us use our extra resources in allied cultures to fill the chests for resources more than these other goods.
This is a great idea, but I also think we should be able to purchase goods needed to complete areas. If you have the coin why not be able to buy things needed for updates. Also open up our Eygpt, China goods to be traded as well. It can become frustrating at times when we have more than enough to for one area than another..
Brilliant addition to the game and to stimulate alliance interaction and overall engagement. Although for now it seems you just upgrade your alliance city to get more stuff to upgrade your alliance city. The member increase and some extra research points are very much welcome, but it doesnt really directly impact the player’s city too much. Maybe some ideas: - production quarter could produce food, coins, gears or goods, aside from upgrading, players can dedicate workers to produce some additional resources for the entire alliance - upgrades in the residential quarter could increase number of troops each player can house in their buildings or build additional military buildings - exploration quarter upgrades could unlock a few expansions for each member’s main city - in the far future, maybe a somewhat more direct competitive mode could be implemented like clash of clans’ clan wars. Players could donate troops to the alliance city for the war effort Anyways, awesome update, keep up the great work !
This is definitely the best content update made so far. It just needs one small adjustment. I think the slot upgrades that cost gems should also be shared amongst the alliance. Like if 10 people put in 50 gems you would get the upgrade.
I come to give my feedback on this update. The alliance city is a great addition to the game. It gives a new motivation for the players... But with this you also made an update on the matchmaking for the treasure hunt. Which at first glance is a good thing... Unfortunately this decision will cause huge damage to the casual alliances. Indeed in this game there are mainly two types of alliances. Those of the tryharders and those of the more casual players. The casuals take their time to do the hunt, and finish it often enough between Saturday and Sunday. But the tryhard alliances finish the hunt between sale and Saturday. The result of all this, is that even a successful casual alliance that can make big scores will not get to the end of the hunt chest. You will simply create more frustration on this game and make active alliances die, and make more and more players run away. And I won't even mention the pay2win aspect you are starting to implement. With the slots that can be bought in gems that more than one alliance tryhard to buy without any hesitation. This will cause even more of a gap between casual and tryhard alliances. So my question is: What are you looking to do? That players spend even more money to hope to have the chance to access the endgame chest as before? Allow the tryhards to have a monopoly in the hunts? Drive away players who don't or can't spend money? It is now obvious that for several months you are only looking to make your community spend more money. Adding more and more event buildings that take up a lot of space is already a stupid idea. And in response to that you said that having so many buildings was to allow a choice and to allow us to choose which buildings we will use... That is to say that people who play every event must unfortunately say that they will have to sacrifice time for a building that they will not be able to use... unless they spend gems. I myself spend a little money to support your team and the evolution of the game. But this is the last time. Your decisions cause too much harm to a big part of your players. I will not support you anymore. So all this to say that it is obvious to many of us that you are just trying to take a pay2win turn for your game. But the community feedback ... you don't care. What's the point of worrying about the opinion of a part of the community, when the other part will spend money to be able to fully enjoy the event buildings... the evolution of their city of alliances because they are deprived of the access to the treasure of hunting ends. So of course finally there is a real challenge to get access to the chest... except that it is now only offered to tryhards. Goodbye casual fun, now open the doors to tryhard behavior, no matter how fast you play and live. You will have to choose between the evolution of the game or your private life. In short, another long comment, from a disappointed player after spending so much time and money to support this game. Which finally, despite good additions, still continues to make decisions that cause more damage than anything else.

And that you appreciate the feedback is a good point, but if only it were taken into account ... it would be even better. I'm not asking that you meet all expectations, but even a little bit of listening and questioning of some of your decisions would be beneficial to the community. This is a very nice addition to the game! Like it a lot. Thank you Inno! What I'd like to suggest as further improvements: -allow multille alliance members to participate in buying extra slots with gems. 590 is a bit much for one, but share this with 5 and you'll see a lot more purchases there. -we need to comminicate a lot more now. Doing this on discord is annoying; we'd like to stay in the game. So improvements on communication is very high rated on our lists. Communicate more and better within the alliance, but also with individual members and perhaps even a seperate ATH chat box to share congrats and other messages with the other alliances would be very nice. (Perhaps predefined messages there if you'd like to prevent need for moderation?). And dropping a question to another alliances commander would be nice if we'd like to consider merging 2 alliances? Just some thoughts. But please invest in communication. -a third thing that we would welcome is having an extra role available for our members. Now it is just 3 levels but a real standin for the commander (can kick members) is required. And we would also like to be able to assign (or lable) some sort of Town Major, being someone who is in charge of our alliance city improvements and does coordination of priorities. Well, thet's it for now. But still many ideas on the shelve here, so if you'd like to receive an further thrilling ideas just give me a call ;-)
Can you please ad a feature so we can save our city layouts,it is annoying to continue to rearange things. Also an alliance city should bring benefits to a player city(faster training,more productionand the like)and an alliance as a whole,like better rewards from treasure hunts,a bost to troop damage or health in treasure hunts and the like. Like it is now,i dont have any incentive to participate in alliance city.
Use alliance cities as a staging ground for MASSIVE armies. Basically huge prize chests behind gigantic battles that every member of the alliance that donates troops to gets a piece of. The bigger pieces get more resources, but that's just fair at that point, but capping the amount donated as well would be wise. Say a spread as if you just made two full armies in your own city. Then when the big fight happens it's automated so no one can pin blame on bad tactics. Everyone wins and everyone goes home happy. You can even have special chests that boost the build time in alliance cities or things like that. You can fit all kinds of things in there.
Our team loves the addition. It surely did enforce collaboration among the members. Btw, we noticed that the pink fluids (epic alliance points) are indeed rather scarce but needed in enormous number for the upgrades. Would it be either possible to adjust the drop rate proportionally or offer a marketplace-like platform for the exchange of points lets say on a 10-1 / 5-1 basis? Thanks and keep up the good work!
nice update but maybe fix units getting stuck behind other units (the same type or different)!! let's give an example: what's the point of having 8 ranged if only 6 of them attack because 2 of them can't pass (or the other 6 don't make room for them? )
I will love an ability to trade or exchange wonder materials and blueprints,either with other players or with the game.Or o buy them,either with gold,food or rss obtain in tye capital city. Also the provinces we conquer on the map should bring some form of constant revenue,like taxes.
I'm sorry , but I think it is wrong to wrong to require players to buy gems to finish research in our Alliance CtIes, I am on a fixed income and can not afford to buy gems ,and also as you will have already seen, my card will not pay you as your in Germany and they think your not real. So if I am required to buy gems I guess I will have to stop playing your game.
Does incident have popup dialog to "start chase" or not? Looks at 3:05 that there is none?! We need to see some log info who started incidents or delegate this task to aliance roles only (like leader). The best solution would be to let players participate in production and incident at the same time.

Why can't I join any incidents to fight bandits anymore? The Start Chase button is always gray now, for the whole time it's available. It didn't used to be like that since I started.

How do I join an Alliance? The video does not show me how to join an Alliance. I can't find the list that I saw earlier in the game. I finished all of the Bronze Era items in World of Wonders but I cannot go to Minoan Era until I finish a task in the Bronze Era. That task is Fulfill 3 Wonder Help Requests which I cannot do I guess until I join an Alliance. I built my Alliance and am stuck. Can anyone help? Thank you

When I tap alliance city it takes me to a screen with a mountain that shows things to accomplish, but in the video the screen panned to another mountain where you could open a chest every day to get things to help you progress. I can’t find it. I tried panning my screen, but there is no movement in any direction.

@@RiseofCultures Merging EU1 and EU2 would solve a lot of negative emotions. This split was about the worst thing you could have done. And now probably there is not an easy way to turn this arround apparently? (I figure you are not running the game in the cloud like AWS then?) Anyway, if merging is not an option then perhaps redifine the contents of EU1 and EU2 and make them regions (North/South for example). So then countrymembers friends and familiemembers are able tonplay in thr same game with or against each other. Or think of another way, but please let me be able to play against my friends who live in the same town but in RoC live in another world...
As of right now we have 4 active members. AC has no added benefit to our culture and we don’t have enough people to make it an added game and not just another hassle. AND why do we have to produce the prizes for this Mongol event? It’s not worth the extra effort to me when I need those people producing goods, food, or military. Why not have events add to existing buildings so the event buildings don’t take over our entire city… and stop gifting useless blueprints to buildings we have to store because we don’t get enough new land without spending money.

love your game! But can u add at aliance chat info saying player left the aliance or he was removed from leader.That way people know one was removed being away for long time or other reason. Also can u add option to invite people in aliance from Wonders helpers and at Aliance members menu to add time being away . Love you , the game is amazing!
Shame you can’t choose what server your on, hubby and I both play and I set up an alliance to find that we on different server and he can’t join my alliance
Yes. They are all permanent. For incidents though, it works for incident level, so level 1 incident slots which are unlocked with gems will not be unlocked on level 2 incidents.
Great step in the right direction..ATH matters again!! Think we need either a 1hr slot on incidents or more spots...literally have to Log every 20mins to reset or coordinate someone taking your spot...Gotta have Incidents worked on for 3hrs continously to obtain 3rd chest...this is crazy hectic and most stressful as we have lives to live as well lol...Please make the incident at least a 1hr shift so 9 players can work 1hr each and recieve 3rd chest...it's just too much having to reset every 20mims during the day and very stressful on entire group...seriously guys I know you want us logging as much as possible but every 20mins to even have a chance for 3rd chest is literally less than 10% of alliances who are able too...and those are probably professional gamers...Love the new rewards and goals, it's really great!!! Please please consider a little longer shifts for Incidents...20mins is tough on those of us living in real world lol Great move to freshen ATH and alliances up guys!! We're # 140ish alliance and against #5, 26, 77 alliances this week and everyone is playing ATH again so we'll done!!

Seems cool but I got no products at the end of the last treasure hunt, contrarily to other guild members. I got the normal reward. Hope it’s a temporary bug.

Zpočátku se mi to zdálo jako skvělý počin. Nyní když jsme asi na 7 levelu u všech čtyř položek se ptám, k čemu to vlastně je? Kdyby tam bylo propojení mezi spojeneckými národy nebo benefity pro hlavní město či pro vojsko. Ale výstavba spojeneckého města jestli se nepletu nemá velký smysl ani význam pro hlavní hraní - zatím. Navýšení počtu členů ? Minimální efekt vzhledem k úsilí. Odměny slabé. Dobrý pokus ale nedomyšlený.
Další bonusy a výhody spojeneckého města budeme postupně přinášet, takže se určitě nemusíte obávat toho, že by to nemělo smysl. Navýšení počtu členů v alianci je obrovským benefitem, který ulehčí hru v mnoha ohledech. :)

Für den Großteil der Spieler ist es ein gutes Feature, um aktiv mit der Allianz zusammen zu spielen. Auch kleinere Allianzen können teilnehmen und in ihrem eigenen Tempo wachsen.

nice addition but you get nothing from participating to help advance your own game. in addition to alliance only rewards it would be nice to have game specific items other than research like food gold and production items.
Except some research points for our main city, what is the purpose of this Alliance City? I am still wondering. As usual progress is VERY slow, rewards are very poor or need a huge effort of all the alliance members for just a few stuff. Still stuck at the Iberian era, I am hating the Vikings, toooooo sloooooooow, and even if I'd pay for gems, what I do not do because, it would need inconsiderate amount of gems (money) to speed up the process. Too repetitive tasks.

Die Belohnung kann in der Allianzstadt abgeholt werden. Die Spieler, die beim Ereignis teilgenommen haben, können diese annehmen.

De que me sirve que metais cosas para hacer en grupo si teneis el servidor Europa2 cerrado y no hay jugadores suficientes en el servidor y es muy difícil que gente nueva entre al clan, ahora de puede tener hasta 30 jugadores y en mi clan no pasamos de 8 estando nosotros 8 entre los 700 mejores clanes del servidor.
Abrid el servidor para que entre gente nueva a jugar por favor

Why can't I join any incidents to fight bandits anymore? The Start Chase button is always gray now, for the whole time it's available. It didn't used to be like that since I started.
Only leaders, officers, and deputies can initiate the chase. It is greyed out for regular members.

How do I join an Alliance? The video does not show me how to join an Alliance. I can't find the list that I saw earlier in the game. I finished all of the Bronze Era items in World of Wonders but I cannot go to Minoan Era until I finish a task in the Bronze Era. That task is Fulfill 3 Wonder Help Requests which I cannot do I guess until I join an Alliance. I built my Alliance and am stuck. Can anyone help? Thank you

When I tap alliance city it takes me to a screen with a mountain that shows things to accomplish, but in the video the screen panned to another mountain where you could open a chest every day to get things to help you progress. I can’t find it. I tried panning my screen, but there is no movement in any direction.
Does upgrading the buildings change their appearance?
Usually, upgrading buildings will change their appearance at a certain point (the levels deppend on each building).
I just started and really enjoying this I played a while back but because of real life took a break away but this definitely looks really great love it

You can invite players to join your Alliance through the Leaderboard, Recent Trades, Wonder Contributions, etc.
How can we get more members in our alliance? We used to get new ones every time we kicked inactive members but we don’t anymore.
If you play in EU2 that might be the case at the moment, as new players are joining EU1. We'll forward the feedback to the team anyway! Thank you.

This split was about the worst thing you could have done. And now probably there is not an easy way to turn this arround apparently?
(I figure you are not running the game in the cloud like AWS then?)
Anyway, if merging is not an option then perhaps redifine the contents of EU1 and EU2 and make them regions (North/South for example). So then countrymembers friends and familiemembers are able tonplay in thr same game with or against each other.
Or think of another way, but please let me be able to play against my friends who live in the same town but in RoC live in another world...
We want to tackle this topic as it's something we know it's not ideal but there's not a target date for it at the moment.
As of right now we have 4 active members. AC has no added benefit to our culture and we don’t have enough people to make it an added game and not just another hassle. AND why do we have to produce the prizes for this Mongol event? It’s not worth the extra effort to me when I need those people producing goods, food, or military. Why not have events add to existing buildings so the event buildings don’t take over our entire city… and stop gifting useless blueprints to buildings we have to store because we don’t get enough new land without spending money.

love your game! But can u add at aliance chat info saying player left the aliance or he was removed from leader.That way people know one was removed being away for long time or other reason. Also can u add option to invite people in aliance from Wonders helpers and at Aliance members menu to add time being away . Love you , the game is amazing!

Yes. They are all permanent. For incidents though, it works for incident level, so level 1 incident slots which are unlocked with gems will not be unlocked on level 2 incidents.

Great step in the right direction..ATH matters again!! Think we need either a 1hr slot on incidents or more spots...literally have to Log every 20mins to reset or coordinate someone taking your spot...Gotta have Incidents worked on for 3hrs continously to obtain 3rd chest...this is crazy hectic and most stressful as we have lives to live as well lol...Please make the incident at least a 1hr shift so 9 players can work 1hr each and recieve 3rd chest...it's just too much having to reset every 20mims during the day and very stressful on entire group...seriously guys I know you want us logging as much as possible but every 20mins to even have a chance for 3rd chest is literally less than 10% of alliances who are able too...and those are probably professional gamers...Love the new rewards and goals, it's really great!!! Please please consider a little longer shifts for Incidents...20mins is tough on those of us living in real world lol Great move to freshen ATH and alliances up guys!! We're # 140ish alliance and against #5, 26, 77 alliances this week and everyone is playing ATH again so we'll done!!

Nur Mut, jeder ist wilkommen. Allianzname: FEELING Wappen: Blauer Anker Kein zwang zum Spenden oder Schatzjagd bis wir groß gewachsen sind. Also kein spieldruck. Lg 1mpi
Zpočátku se mi to zdálo jako skvělý počin. Nyní když jsme asi na 7 levelu u všech čtyř položek se ptám, k čemu to vlastně je? Kdyby tam bylo propojení mezi spojeneckými národy nebo benefity pro hlavní město či pro vojsko. Ale výstavba spojeneckého města jestli se nepletu nemá velký smysl ani význam pro hlavní hraní - zatím. Navýšení počtu členů ? Minimální efekt vzhledem k úsilí. Odměny slabé. Dobrý pokus ale nedomyšlený.
Další bonusy a výhody spojeneckého města budeme postupně přinášet, takže se určitě nemusíte obávat toho, že by to nemělo smysl. Navýšení počtu členů v alianci je obrovským benefitem, který ulehčí hru v mnoha ohledech. :)

Für den Großteil der Spieler ist es ein gutes Feature, um aktiv mit der Allianz zusammen zu spielen. Auch kleinere Allianzen können teilnehmen und in ihrem eigenen Tempo wachsen.

For some players reloading and doing an extra seems to solve it, but it's not a 100% reliable workaround. The team is still investigating.

nice addition but you get nothing from participating to help advance your own game. in addition to alliance only rewards it would be nice to have game specific items other than research like food gold and production items.

Hi! No. :) There's some alliance competition but it's not real time and is optional. If you prefer single player, you can do it at your own pace.
Except some research points for our main city, what is the purpose of this Alliance City? I am still wondering.
As usual progress is VERY slow, rewards are very poor or need a huge effort of all the alliance members for just a few stuff.
Still stuck at the Iberian era, I am hating the Vikings, toooooo sloooooooow, and even if I'd pay for gems, what I do not do because, it would need inconsiderate amount of gems (money) to speed up the process.
