Poems I Wrote During Fibromyalgia Flare-Ups

Hi everyone! In today's video, I read some poems that I have written during fibromyalgia flare-ups. Although these poems can tend to be dark with negative outlooks, it is important to know that I don't feel that way all of the time. Experiencing fibromyalgia flare-ups are incredibly difficult and isolating. I wanted to share some of my thoughts in my own voice from those moments.
