I don't sweat, and honestly, when it's hot it hurts. My head aches, I get dizzy, I feel really exhausted, my body throbs and I just wanna lie down and stop moving. Once I even cried cause it hurt so bad. It kinda feels I'm going to die, it's an overwhelming feeling.

I am over 40 years now and have never sweat in my life ,, I like the fact that I always smell good but in summer times when temps over 15 C° I can’t stay under sun light for minutes if it’s get hotter 20C° and over I barely can breath . Summer for me is a season of torture , the best time for me is winter especially when there is a very cold fog this is the time when I can breath and feel free.

when i was young i sweated a lot, it sucked for me, like really bad. i was going to get a surgery done, to block the nerve, so that signal that controls sweat will no longer work. im really glad that i didnt do it. i couldnt imagine what my life would be like today, if i had gone through with it.

I’ve been having problems with sweat when I was younger but me and parents always ignored it. Now I’m only 17 and my body is almost fully unable to sweat, it’s getting to the point where I don’t have to exercise to start having a heat rash when I get anxious or have anxiety attacks

I have the exact opposite of this: hyperhidrosis. Even when I’m in room temperature, some parts of my body like my hands and feet will still sweat. Sometimes I’ll still sweat when I’m cold!

I recently developed a strange problem: I no longer sweat (except under my arms) when I get hot. Instead, my body becomes severely itchy, and I experience a full-body tingling/pins and needles sensation. It is extremely painful and spreads through my body in a lightning-like pattern. This happens every time I get hot, nervous, or exert myself physically, and even if I laugh too much. In situations where I would normally sweat, I don’t anymore. Additionally, when this occurs, my whole body turns red, and small bumps appear all over my arms and chest. I suspect this might be due to severely clogged sweat pores all over my body. Are there any doctors who know what this is or any medications that can open up sweat pores? Cold showers do not help.
exactly what has been happening to me for 11 months now. Even when I laugh or think too much. Summer is here and I live in the worst country possible for this condition, UAE (it's extremely hot out here), in 5 days I have a flight to meet up with my cousins, and I can tell it's gonna be the worst summer of my life. I've been to 4-5 doctors and none of the medications helped in any sort of way.
OMG I thought I was the only one. My condition is pretty severe, there are small bumps all over my body, specially on neck, chest and armpits, there are lots on my neck which makes me so much insecure, on top of that I live in Sri Lanka which is a Island near the equater, so its always summer here pretty much. I cannot even wear clothes to cover my neck, people tell me, and ask me about them. I went to lot of doctors, last one recognised this and explained but said there is nothing I can do to get rid of them, I must remove them with minor surgery and they will come back (i did and they came back).I also have this horrible condition called hidradenitis suppurativa....basically my sweat glands gets infected and super big and it hurts like hell, i always have one of them on my body, when one get healed another boil appears. I really hate my life.
