- আহছানউল্লা বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, ঢাকা আহ্ছানিয়া মিশন দ্বারা ১৯৯৫ সনে "বেসরকারী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় আইন ১৯৯২"[২] অনুযায়ী প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয় যা বাংলাদেশের সর্বাধিক মানসম্পন্ন বেসরকারী বিজ্ঞান বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়গুলোর একটি। ঢাকা আহছানিয়া মিশন [৩] একটি অলাভজনক বাংলাদেশী স্বেচ্ছাসেবী সংগঠন যা ১৯৫৮ সালে খান বাহাদুর আহ্ছানউল্লা প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন। ঢাকার তেজগাঁওয়ে অবস্থিত এই বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ক্যাম্পাস। স্থাপত্য ও প্রকৌশল, বিজ্ঞান ও কলা এবং ব্যবসা প্রশাসন ও ব্যবস্থাপনা এবং শিক্ষা অণুষদের অধীনে রয়েছে স্নাতক ও স্নাতকোত্তর পর্যায়ের বিভিন্ন বিষয়সমূহ। আহছানউল্লাহ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ইন্টারন্যাশনাল অ্যাসোসিয়েশন অব ইউনিভার্সিটিস[৪], ইউনিভার্সিটি গ্রান্ট কমিশন[৫] ও অন্যান্য অনেক জাতীয় এবং আন্তর্জাতিক শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানের সঙ্গে সহযোগিতা এবং পেশাদারী সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখে।
Here the fact isn't that you can't go downwards because the upward or downward doesn't exist. The authority gives ample amount of time to choose the subjects you like . You choose several subjects and if you don't get the the subject you like according to your merit position, you still have to get admitted into the department within your choice serial maintained by merit position, if you want to continue in the university. After a specific time ,if some seat stay vacant then they will migrate you. So the steps are simple.You unfortunately made a mistake while giving ur choice within time.You should have taken the suggestions before giving choice.
আহসানউল্লাহতে ফুলটাইম ক্লাস করা লাগে। কাজের ফাঁকে ফাঁকে পড়ালেখা যারা করতে চান তারা এখানে পড়তে পারবেন না।

This isn't a softwere limitation,, This is basic cz everyone wants to migrate to the upper subjects cz u set the order from ur first pref to last ,,,So u should have first researched and then fillup ur sub choice as it is an important procedure for admission and this softwere algorithnm works everywhere that u cannot migrate to a lower order sub if u are eligible for the upper one's...
