Yes why not. It’s a public university. Probably not as expensive as private. But you need to focus on self-learning as public universities tend to be slow.

Unfortunately I can’t give you a straight answer for this. Opportunities are created by individuals with their own skill and talents. There are lots of dummies who completed education from BUET yet didn’t do well. Whereas there are students who may not have studied from a recognised university yet they are working in top tech giants. I hope you understand what I’m suggesting here.
I think both are good and have specific demands in different industries. Architecture opens up opportunities to work as solo architect and starting own businesses. Civil engineers also have good scope to work in different industries. Between the two I like Architecture more.

You providing misinformation, RUET architecture Department was established in 2013 and it has completed its 10yrs milestone! Im currently studying in RUET architecture! No doubt that CUET architecture is best among these three universities but Ruet architecture is far better than Kuet architecture... Luckily we have a very strong alumni and student friendly faculty, students and teachers work together for the departments welfare!
