In my locale, in last line i have "LC_ALL= "... i don't have en.US.UTF.8 as you have, is that a problem?

Yes, same steps! Then just make sure you only "source" one distribution at a time

how do i uninstall ros2 foxy?
1. sudo apt remove ros-foxy-*2. remove everything that is still under /opt/ros/foxy and the foxy/folder3. remove any "source" line you've put in your .bashrc (on your user profile)
